hmmm... well I could think of two places that might work.... either in "Workshop" tab and in the "project journals" thread or you could possibly make one in "Galleries". ^__^

 

Dollinka, your Elissa is cute, but your right, a brown wig would suit her better!

Faith in beauty, your Idrial is adorable! I'm jealous of your sewing skills, and Mysteriousmage's too for that matter!
Also you could possibly create an album for her.

Daikini, your Sephiroth's wig is spot on! I still hate that they got rid of muscular body's though!

I'm just now starting to sew... terribly, but I made two wearable t-shirts!
My first shirt turned out more like a dress, so I made the second as a re-sized of the first.
The second shirt I sewed the front's collar the wrong way, but it turned out OK.
I'm learning, and can only hope I'll get better eventually!
I'm really kind of considering joining/hosting/doing/having-something-to-do-with a 1/4 AOD clothing/wig swap or something like that.
Maybe "starter kits" of wigs/clothes/accessories whatever to trade with other AOD owners.

Just ideas rattling about... but who knows!

Think you got it in a nutshell. He looked a bit terrified and when a gust of wind came up I think I heard a tiny little scream so I took pity on him and rescued him

 

When I first saw the pic, I thought, "What a lovely sculpt. I wonder who it is?" Then I saw that he's a Chi in your sig. Moswen is a Chi (from 2008) and he's my favourite of all my dolls, but my face-blindness strikes again and I didn't recognize the sculpt *sigh*. This is Moswen, BTW.

 

oooohhhh poor Lividian! He does look terrified to be up there.

 

Iron-Dog I know how you feel sometimes I think a doll is something altogether different to a sculpt I know. It amazes me how different they can look with faceup, wig and resin colour changes. Is Mosman tan resin? He looks so cool and confident looking. Lividian is white skin. With Mosman in the white wig and Liv in the black they couldn't look more different. I think Chi is a great sculpt

 

Ye, Moswen is a tan Chi (back when they made tan). It's a shame they stopped the tan as it is really quite nice and the colour has held up really well/stayed true almost 5 years later. I've also got a NY Min (Jaiseki), a tan Min head that I will eventually be getting modded (and the body will be from Magical Angel as they will resin match) and an Adonis (Kijika) that is OT for this thread that was a collab project between LE Doll and AoD.

This is Moswen (Chi), Jaiseki (Min) and Kijika (Adonis). Moswen and Kijika are Jaiseki's parents


My being fooled goes beyond a face-up change. I have a neurological condition called prosopamnesia, which is a form of face-blindness. My brain is not able to hold and encode facial features into memory. I can meet someone a dozen times and still not recognize who they are or that I've meet them previously. I have passed my mom and my son on the street and not recognized them.

The Modern Maiden. I bought her brown wig... Here she is in it... Most people says that she looks much better that way... but I don't know, there is something about her that I don't like, I think that she looks so serious in brown and I wanted to have her in a girlie look, that's why I prefer furblonde. What do you think? Here is more photos of her. My blog is in polish language but you can just have a quick look on photos and tell me what do you think

 

I do really like the brown wig on her as well dollinka. Though it does give her a more "grown up " feel to her. and if you're trying to go for a more youthful, girlie look, I do think the fun blond wig suits that style better. But you will have to go with what feels better to you.

 

dollinka I have to agree with Mysteriousmage!
The dark wig is beautiful on her, but she does look almost sad.
Maybe if she had a light brown, or a "dirty blond" color rather than yellow/blond; or maybe it's that it's a fur wig and not a hair like wig?

Anyway, just throwing in my two cents!
She's your creation, do with her as you see fit, and have fun with it!

Modern Maiden, you're right, in brown she looks sad for me too.
I really like the brown wig, it's perfect, I would love to have that color on my own head maybe lighter brown or dark blonde will be better? Have to think about that. For now she will wear furblonde cause I like her more in light hair :-)

I'm also thinking about body changing.
Something smaller than 44cm. Maybe around 35cm (is there body like that?) or 30.
Did anyone tried aod hybrid like that?

 

I really can't give too much advice for going smaller... though one of the only smaller bodies i've seen is at Dollpamm, they have bodies that are 32cm... though looking now they don't have any available. Though they might soon? But I couldnt say on a resin match either....

but I think if you want her to have lighter hair maybe a lighter brown or dark blonde would work well.

 

I got a question for you AOD girl 1/4 owners. I don't know if I answered this before, please remind me if I did I wanted to have a Shang-Nai head. And I wanted to get a minifee hybrid or a Little Elva body. Anyone help please? I like a body compatible for her pink skin
