I need some advice please. I recently brought two AOD boys from ebay and am trying to identify them. I am Saxon's third owner, he came with a box but no paper work. With his ears I can only assume he is a CHI. Noah is more of a mystery, he has no box, no paperwork and the lady I got him from can't remember when she brought him. Sorry for the BJD nudity Noah on the left here also has a far more muscular body which I am assuming means that he is an older doll as the new body is not as good. I like to have a bit of history for my dolls so any help would be appreciated. I am also getting Saxon's face redone as it is a bit scary at the moment.
Yes, old Chi Saxon is correct, but Noah (Lucky you, old body!) I think is a Bing Sheng due to the pout lip and half closed eyes. If I had to guess 2009-2010 (no shoulder disks for the old body, and both look double jointed) for both heads and muscular body. Hi The_Modern_Maiden Thank you for your imput. Yes I was incredibly lucky with Noah, I really do like the mature body. Yes there is a feather in the head-cap and they are a bit wonky. I just love his half awake look and pouty lip. Now I am off to see if I can find other pics of Bing Sheng.
I'm so excited, I have a Shang nai on her way to me, she is just so pretty! I can't wait to get her, I also have a Chen but he's for my birthday so my husband has hidden him away. I'd love to see pics of everyone's Shang nai's and Chen's
