Hi there, I was wondering if anyone knew if AoD makes a small breast option for their 1/4 girl body? I would ask them but it doesn't seem as though they answer any of the questions on their forum.
Oh, i'm so excited! I'm a new member, but I love seeing everyone's AoD dolls here! I've got a Chi head on the way (i already have the body) He'll be the second doll in my collection.
Chi's are wonderful. But I'm biased because my first (and still favourite) doll is a Chi. These are my AoD boys. Moswen (Chi) is the tan one, Jaiseki (Min) is the blue & green haired one and Kijika (Adonis) is the SD. They are all from my novel Balancing Karma.

I noticed that your Chi's hands look curled-did he come with those default? The hands on my AoD body lay pretty flat.
They do have a slight curl to them and they came that way from AoD. Moswen and Jaiseki are 2008 dolls and Kijika was a 2009. I have a tan Min head as well from 2008 and I was pretty disappointed to find out they were not doing tan anymore *sigh*.
Hm, well i bought the head and body separate for my AoD (the body is really old and yellowed) Does AoD have two different MSD boy bodies? The one i have seems kinda bulky, but it's definitely an AoD. Maybe if they do have two bodies, each one has different hands.
Hmmm, I don't think so. They may have re-designed the body since 2008 and not said anything. I took this shot for somebody in the RS mini thread, but you might find it useful for body comparison since both Moswen and Jaiseki are in it, too. The original requester wanted to see the difference between the old RS body, the new RS body and an AoD body. Left to right: Jaiseki (AoD Min), Jolen (RS Jun), Aischylos (RS Yao head, Ming body) & Moswen (AoD Chi) And please note that Moswen and Jaiseki are both fully blushed so their abs and stuff shows up more than Jolen and Aischylos who are not blushed.

Like you said though, they might just be a newer set of hands. Somebody could've originally gotten the body with the curled hands, then decided they liked these ones more until they sold the body.
Catalystflours unfortunately, no, AoD does not offer a smaller breast size And yeah, it usually takes an overnight for them to respond, but it sounds like they're not as responsive with answering questions these days? At any rate, the changes in the bodies aren't THAT drastic, however the faces from after 2010 are different after the headcap change. Their default website offers the curled hands as an option part, though, but it is weird that they don't announce the changes. If you got the body second hand, there is a chance the previous owner had modded the hands with boiling?
Well while the forum was out, I got my Chi head and did some mods on him. You can see the gauges in this shot, and I've also pierced his right ear up near the top and the left i took a chip out, too. And then i gave him a nose job, too. But instead of making it smaller, i made it bumpy. I love my RS Li, but this guy is quickly becoming my favorite. But don't tell!
Moswen (the Chi) is my absolute favourite doll. As soon as I saw the sculpt, I knew who he was. He makes me happy just looking at him.
Yeah, Chi looks really nice. I don't know if anyone's noticed, but he's also got teeth (other than the fangs) sculpted into his mouth. But unless his head is upside down, it's kinda hard to see.
That must be in the newer ones. Moswen (Chi from 2008) doesn't have any teeth visible aside from his fangs.
Huh. Maybe. My head is brand-brand new and i only happened to notice it when i was prepping him for spray painting (using Tamiya, not anything that would damage the resin). They're teeeeeeny tiny.
I just double checked and nope, the 2008 Chi (or at least mine) doesn't have teeth aside from his fangs. They must have changed the sculpt a little. Somebody else mentioned that the hands on my AoD boys (2008/2009 bodies) are also different from newer versions. And I bought them both directly from AoD so it was what they were selling then.
