  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       You should work that out with Vivian since she was the one who took your money and only gave you that amount back. Write her back and ask for the rest back. Sorry AOD is not responsable and was just helping out people who never ewven got there dolls or items. Since Vivain already gave you a refund you should work with her to get the rest. Not AOD. :(

      I figured I’d post information about the website www.aoddoll.com this website is for China customers only and we do not ship dolls out internationally. I’ve received email from a member asking why the dolls are cheaper on this site then USA sites and USA Stores.

      Please note that the Chinese Yuan is not as valuable as the USA dollar so the prices are different for China customers only. Plus we do not ship the dolls out internationally for this site. Please understand you will not get the doll prices from this site. The only site for international is www.aoddoll.net or USA retailers or Ebay. (There is only one seller on Ebay now, so there will be no more confusion on who you can buy from.)

    7. BlueSand, I have bad news. I tried boots SH16 (which I already had from the items which arrived with my order) on my friend's Homme Ducan and it was impossible to get the foot into the boot. Sorry about that. Maybe the ones I still have to receive are bigger but by now I must say they're a no-no

      Aaron, Alan... should I have had to receive a shipping notice for my boots? I know it's a bit too soon to have received them but I'm a bit worried...

    8. I am happy to announce that my Jing Ge has finally arrived. The company is definitely trying to right Vivien's wrongs, and I applaud them! However, I just can't get attached after all that so he's off to ebay... :(
      I think everyone should rest easy, AOD is really working hard to provide better customer service!

      So it's now Oct 6th and I'm wrapping up the missing items from Vivian (Singapore agent\Retailer) who did not send certain items to people who paid for them or didn't get items shipped with they order from her. So we want to bring this ugly issue to a close and now! :)

      We want to start fresh since now only AOD sales are being handled by the AOD Company on Ebay store - and our sites www.aoddoll.net and USA retailers only from here going forward.

      So Alan has told me he sent the following things out last week:

      • Missing boots\Spain order
      • Missing boots USA order
      • And we are in the process of sending Dizz her glass eye order.

      ***** If there is anyone else please speak up now or PM me right away with your info since we are going to close this thread for this ugly fiasco that Vivian caused us! :( Again we are sorry that one of our trusted retailers caused you this pain. AOD wants it’s customers to be happy since we are new to the USA. We do have lots of ideas that we hope to bring out in 2008. :)

      I just heard back from Alan and I'm sorry to say that we are not going to be replacing the Free promotion items that Vivian was offering at her store when you bought from her. We are sorry but we can not provide customers with free items, since this was a store promotion from Vivian the Singapore agent\Retailer was offering. I would try to write Vivian again and ask her if she has any items from that promotion items left or something to replace your free items that were not provided when she took your money. Maybe she will respond and take care of you?

      We were just filling the missing paid for items along with missing product to be nice to the AOD customers since Vivian gave AOD a bad rap, but we were not even liable for this problem, but wanted to help the AOD customers that were wronged by her. :) Again I'm sorry you we not given your free heads but there is nothing the company AOD can do for you for the promotions Vivian offered.

      Again I’m sorry to say AOD can not help with the free promotion offers this retailer was offering! :(

      I just wanted to post some info here about one of my retailers Dale (The Lone Star Doll) she will be at the following doll show in Texas. She just got a big order in and has lots of new dolls. 1/6 dolls even. :)

      Aaron, I will have a large selection of the entire line of AOD BJDs at the 32nd Annual Austin Doll Collector's Society Show and Sale, October 27, 2007, at the Travis County Expo Center, 7311 Decker Lane, Austin, Texas. Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is a large doll show featuring vintage and new doll lines, but I believe this will be the first time ball jointed dolls will be offered.

    18. Well the long awaited boots arrived finally!!!! They seemed to be jinxed because they took 15 days to arrive - being sent by EMS, but finally they're here so I can say (as if I couldn't before, LOL!) that Aaron and Alan are completely trustful! Don't hesitate to order from them! AoD Dolls are wonderful and now, ordering them is SAFE!!!!!!

    19. I have a question about faceups from Angel of Dream, both on the ebay seller and the international website, it says a faceup can be purchased for $20 US dollars. Will we be able to pick this faceup from dolls that have faceup in stock or can we reqeust faceup styles?
