Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       Awesome, responded every time and always answered my questions. I had to change delivery details because I moved house and they happily did so. I also asked up front I could pay my layaway off monthly instead of fortnightly and they happily let me.

      About three weeks once I finished the layaway

      Every penny. He is really well made.

      For the Doll itself, Yes. Was well made, and he is very durable. Hoof blushing chips easily, but I re-sealed it.

    7. Not 100% sure this is the right forum to put this under, but Angelheim seems to have gone entirely MIA. I ordered a set of snake head parts from them back on 4/7/12, posted an inquiry about the order on their Q&A board on 5/8/12. As of today I still have received no response, no change in my order status, nothing.

      I'm not the only person to have not received an answer on their board, and it appears that they've got orders still pending from January of this year (and messages on their board completely unanswered as of 5/2/12). As of right now I'm very likely out the money I spent to try and get a set of snakes as I'm outside of the timeline for a claim, I've filed a dispute with Paypal even so.

      In summary DO NOT ORDER FROM ANGELHEIM RIGHT NOW! I don't know if the company has folded and they just never took their website down or what, but I don't want anyone else to be out their money as well!

      Initially it was great, and they let me modify my order to add something. After this their communication fell off, and they went long periods of time without responding to anything on their Q&A board or emails. They eventually emailed me after they were taken over by D-Storic letting me choose to keep my order or get a refund. I didn't hear anything from them after replying to this.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy, by PayPal.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      Over five months.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      I'm generally happy with it, although there are some quality control issues. There's a tiny bit of marbling on the resin, which I know sometimes happens to darker colours, and one of the arm pieces is warped from being strung too soon/tightly.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes, though I bought it without faceup and blushing.
      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      For the most part, though the wait was quite stressful.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      I'm not planning on contacting them. I can live with the issues, and I'm just glad to have the doll home at last.

      AH are no longer taking orders, and their products are listed as sold out on D-Storic's website. If they begin taking orders again, there are things I'd like to get and I do like their dolls, but I'd be very hesitant about ordering from them unless I knew that they were back on track.
