Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     6. Heh, my only consolation is that i live in scotland - so far, we havent had a summer :| Its been grey and rainy and looks set to continue.... What colour does tan french resin go when it yellows anyway? Anyone have links to any pics?

      Wow.

      French resin? I seriously hope it's a mistranslation or something, but I doubt it. IIRC their first 60cm dolls were French resin, then in their 'reintroduction' the minis were French resin but the larger dolls were 'Japanese' resin (urethane)...but I really don't know what their dolls are now, since they've re-vamped the way they sell them and added double-jointed bodies as an option. :?

      ...I seriously need a Gavin, though, in that tan skin. :love ...and as odd as it is for vamp-loving me to say...he will have to be de-fanged. ^^; The chara in question is an elf, but not sharp-toothed in any way....I'm also wondering how 'off' that tan would go over time if it is indeed French resin...would he end up orange or something? XD
      I would love a white skin Van...but not in French resin. As lovely as it may be at the start, I have no interest in owning a mustard-yellow doll five years from now. =P
      ...and I would so be interested in buying the bodies alone for hybrid purposes if they were in urethane resin, as well...drat it....

    9. About the resin,Angell-studio said that their dolls are all frech resin now.
      And someone said that you can choose the skin looks like the minis or 'Japanese' resin (urethane).

    10. I think they're both beautiful! Gavin's an awesome wolf-boy! I really like Van though. I wouldn't be able to afford him any time soon...and I wish they made urethane versions. I'll be watching AS though now.

      Also, is there any confirmation as to wether you can choose french resin or urethane?? I saw a few posts up someone said something of a mention from someone else that you could choose which you wanted. Validation please?

      Anyhow I am loving both of them..but theres no way I'm buying french resin, banana doll does not appeal to me.

      Oh well, pity.

    18. questions to answer all questions! (because i'm so stumped with everything so lost in translation... trying my best to simplify... also posted in AS' Q&A):

      1) in your detail options on your sale pages, does "Basic polishing for the body(polishing+UV Coat+three)( + 20)" mean removing seamlines + the UV Coat? what does "three" mean?

      2) Is the "UV coat" you are saying only a spray-type? Or do you mix the UV coat with making the resin?

      3) Also, about this "UV coat", do you sell UV coat spray separately?

      4) can we choose the default costume of another doll? (for example, I want Senior butter Lucifer's costume instead of the Senior snow Lucifer's default costume for my Senior snow Lucifer)

      5) Is it true that you would only sell dolls in French resin from now on? No option for urethane resin instead or "J-experience"?

      6) Are the new boys (the new Senior 71.5cm) really only to be sold in French resin? No option for urethane resin instead or "J-experience" anymore??
