  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Angelregion Refunded my moolah, YAY!

    1. I don't think it's appropriate for someone to be charged $100 for canceling an order *immediately* when they found out the items were not as described.

      FWIW, I seriously considered buying another Angelica because mine is NS and I'd always wanted a white one (and the UFKs weren't available in white), and I'd been thinking of getting one of the new Glory Angels based on the description -- so it fooled me, too.

      Definitely not in order for them to charge a restocking fee when the item hasn't been made yet. I hope you can get this resolved, Raven!!

      I definitely think that's bad of Angelregion. But at least it shouldn't be hard to sell her and get most if not all of your money back!

      Sometimes though, they don't always tell you the skin color. My Luts Perennis Lishe looked like she's BW on their pictures but when I got her she's NS. I still like her though....
       
    5. yeah, I 100% was under the impression that the glory angels were white skin too... even if "You can have twin angels in skin white as milk." was some sort of error <-- although it totally makes it sound like TWO white skin dolls, in addition to the line you quoted...........

      Aren't all the pictures white skin? They look completely white skin to me, so... what the hell? Looking closely, I can't tell one way or the other, but if they are NS the photos look really washed out--almost intentionally misleading. :(

      Even so, they should take responsibility for an error in translation; it's not your obligation to take responsibility for it. If they want to make profit off an international market, they need to either fork out the cash for a *good* translator or deal with the reprecussions...

      I've heard nothing but bad things about them lately, what with sending the wrong items, insane delays, etc. I honestly would never buy from them. ^_^' rowr~ you have my sympathy, Raven~ *hugs*

      When I first say the glory angels I thought "Ehhh?! white skin? I dont think I'm adding one of these to my want list" It is their fault for not clearly stating something like "Skin color: Normal" or "These dolls are normal skin tone" Instead of that more poem-ish thing they have

      i had a ar ren girl..and she was like uber white..while she was ns.. she was a bit more tan-ish then a white mnf...


      i believe if they what to make them any lighter i think they would be seetrough..
      So i think you should just wait untill you recieve her/him
       
    9. This is AR's white (milky skin) . As you see, it is really colourless where Glory angel's skin tone is beige-ish even in the washed up-pictures.

    10. Wow, that is highly unfair!!! I agree that their description is misleading. It's not your fault, it's theirs.

      Hopefully, they'll realize that and resolve it properly.
       
    11. When I looked at their site the other day I thought they were white-skin too. I almost suggested to my fiance' that we try to get one for that reason glad I changed my mind :sweat
       
    12. What a shame. In the interest of customer service, they should refund the whole amount and allow you to put it on any other doll in their inventory.

    13. Hey good news, peeps!!

      I had written a very firm but polite letter with their description quoted, asking them to do the "honorable" thing by giving me my full refund...

      And THEY DID IT!! YAY!

      So I'll update the title of my thread. ^_^

      I also told them how thankful I was, and that I'd wait and get a White Angelica some day.

      You know, besides their dolls, I really love AR's customer service, they have been nothing but helpful to me, and they reply to emails fast! I was getting worried, but it's awesome that you got a full refund!!

      i think PrincessAI436 and Shan made some good points in this thread, so its good to hear they were willing to reconcile. although, if this had gone on, would have suggested theres a possibility you might like inperson once the doll came...
