  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     5. That is not always the best way, since some people will go too far with that and then he could potentially report for harassment and it can make things more awkward. Contacting the original artists is really helpful because, they might not know their work is being stolen. So then they can do something about it, when they file reports to the sites it is taken far more seriously. DMCA reports from the artists/copyright holders have to be taken seriously because they are linked to copyright law.

      So this guy should be stopped, but it is best doing it by the book. I am happy this thread has come up because it can bring attention to the right people so it can be sorted.

    6. Wow, I can't believe that guy thinks he'll get away with this. I've seen some really photorealistic art, but his are just blatant photos with cheesy filters on them.

      Take a hint, guy! If you actually want to make money as an artist, learn how to really paint!

    9. Photos of my Gertrude is also stolen by this guy =( And he wrote about her that if she is a man, wow, it is funny and horrible at the same time X) I think I will report him as far as I will found where and how to do it :-/

    10. I'm pretty sure he knows the art is stolen - I made this post to his facebook page, and then was promptly blocked by him, and then a few moments later made a post saying that 'people were pissing him off":

    13. I think that one is a faceup/mod made by Nabarro? (Nabarro88 on flickr). Sadly, I cannot navigate easier through her gallery right now. I think the stolen photo in specific isn't inside her Har set.

      Besides, I'd like to thank everyone who had warned me about this. I have filled the report issues already. :)

    14. Saw this on Tumblr and was absolutely disgusted. I sent Dollmore an email with the link to one of their Trinity Doll's copied photo. I see that there's some Iplehouse and Withdoll promo pictures too, as well as photos from other artists and even non-bjd stuff.

      I really hope the photo owners take action on this issue. This guy deserves to be shut down for good.

    16. That isn't going to work on this kid. He knows exactly what he's doing, and he's not going to be shut down by civil discussion. This is on his DeviantART profile:

      "Who the hell is tattletelling on me falsely reporting to deviant art that my art is not mine but someone elses? this is all MY WORK!!! if you have nothing else better to do then lie about me, please stop watching me and leave me be.

      I AM PISSED"

      Someone acting like that won't be shut down by "civil discussion." He'll only be shut down by ruining his reputation, through sufficient legitimate copyright claims. And even this likely won't stop him; there's a good chance he'll start up again once he think the heat's "died down." I've seen these types before, very little stops them in the end.

    18. I just had a look through his folder and found 4 of my photos on there... I've sent him a message but I'm not holding my breath. I'll be filing a take down request if need be but ugh, I feel sick to my stomach to think this guy could be profiting from our work if that kickstarter isn't taken down.

    20. I don't have a Facebook so I can't fully explain, but all sites will have a way that you can send in a DMCA report. Try doing a Google search for: "DMCA Takedown request Facebook," I would also look into finding it on the kickstarter too.

      I have heard about fakes/stolen work being taken down on Kickstarter before so it can be done. I hope you can get is sorted because it is really not nice having your stuff just taken like that.
