Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. Wauuu I LOVE this thread XDDDDD
      But I just wanted to put in an opinion (sorry if it's been mentioned already) but wouldn't ball joint tattoos not really work that well? Because when arms or legs on dolls are put out straight, it's put together so you can't see the joint, unless it's like, the inside of the arm or back of the leg, I suppose :/
      I'm not talking about NinaRaven's tattoo, I'm talking about one that went, like, all around the arm.... well idk, I suppose it'd work... hmm... -thinks longer- XD

      i still have yet to get my narae or n-doll idea done on myself. can't even afford to finish my current tattoos! but the dream lives on.

      oh, and Nina Raven. that's what i call DEVOTION!

    3. Nina has me all inspired.Definitely getting my joints.
      I originally thought to do them like Nina's(before even seeing them,doll-lover hivemind hurr),but after seeing the Missy Eliot video,am thinking of adding a bit of that.
      Bring the arch over the elbow and kneecap,bring the side parts down further,and only have an opening in the back that will show the hook/string loop.
      Opinions?(I'd put up my idea doodles,but I don't have a scanner on hand.)

    5. I'm glad your thinking or doing it (flattered actually.) And it's really cool your gonna put a different spin on them. I wouldn't want you to have them the exact same as mine. But I think it's really cool you want them done. If you get them done it be awesome to see what they looked like.

    8. Not at the moment, but if I ever saw a BJD Tattoo that I wanted I would not hesitate. The only tattoo I have at the moment is the BDSM symbol on my left upper arm, and if I wasn't saving up for doll stuff right now I'd be having more ink done.

      Maybe a creepy ghostly doll head somewhere on my arms might be nice...

    9. I think if I got a tatoo it would be cool to get a BJD related one. Something little like a small hand with the joint and elastic stick out of it. But I probably won't since I'm a wimp when it comes to pain :sweat

    12. I have "doll" in Japanese which was inspired by BJDs. I'm tempted to get "dollmaster" in korean too. I'd be tempted to design my own and have it tattooed but...I dunno.

      Actually reading back through this I have a few ideas brewing anyway..

    14. I posted to this thread a year and a half ago. I'm still working on my sleeve, it's closer to complete now though. Those dolls are still eating up my funds. LOL I introduced my tattoo artist to the dolls and he has said he will give them tattoos for me if I want. I plan to get some for Sebastian at least. The next tattoo I have planned is a full sleeve on my left arm (as soon as the right is complete) and I am wanting Sebastian painting. I was going to take Sebastian with me and have my artist draw up an original portrait of him then the rest of my arm will be Sebastian's paintings. I don't know if I will have him done as a doll or just as the character himself. But he will look like my doll anyway.
