  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. When I started collecting I wanted to buy dolls from Fairyland only but the more time you spend in the BJD world the harder it gets to neglect the other companies. And now I also own dolls from Iplehouse, Soom and Momocolor^^ Luts will join me soon, too^^

    3. Nope, that's definitely not my collection. I have one from Resinsoul, another from Souldoll, and a head from Soom (who I'm getting a dollshe body for for christmas). and lets not even get into my wishlist...

    7. I have 3 RS and 1 from BBB so if you wanted to lump them together I guess you could say I have 4 from the same company. I have an SD from AoD and a DD from Volks. And I just put a DZ girl on layaway.

    8. My dolls are shelled characters, so I wanted each of them to be unique. If they were from the same company they would lose their individuality or look like siblings. I do plan to get 4 Impldoll babies to be the children of a married couple I have, though.
      What does the future hold? Even if I decide to expand my doll collection outside of this story, I still doubt that I'll consistently buy dolls from the same company for the same reasons I listed above.
      Variety is the spice of life ^_^

      Although there are a bunch from different companies, I have a handful of Soom and a growing army of Ringdolls...but I'd say my favorite company is Dollzone or Ringdoll. I've always loved Dollzone's quality and variety and the older molds especially are aesthetically pleasing to me. Ringdoll may not have the best reputation for customer service, but their dolls always snag my heart and my wallet and I'm happy to have so many! :)

      In the end it's less about the company and more about the specific doll. If I love the face and body...good chances that I'll put it on my wishlist, no matter who's making it. :P

    10. Out of my 3 dolls, 2 are from the same company(Doll Family H). I just recently started this hobby and there is a likely chance that I'll get dolls from other companies mostly because there are so many wonderful bjds out there and each company is different. I like variety.

    13. It's a mixed group here. I have 4 from Iplehouse (with another on the way), 3 from Volks and 1.5 from LoongSoul (the .5 is a floating head), but the rest are all from different places.

    14. My only doll is made from the company that doesn't exist anymore...inside of her head looks like Kali's...so now they are Soom now. but mine is pretty rare

    15. So far mine are all AOD MSD BJD's and I did it intentionally.
      If something happens I could easily get "spare/replacement parts" for them.
      I want them to swap clothes/shoes/eyes/wigs/accessories easily.
      I like them, and it works for me.

    17. So far all are different. My first was from Dollzone, then Asleep Eidolon, I have one from AOD on the way as well as one from Lutz on the way. And i'll have floating heads from AOD and Lutz. ^_^ I hope to own an Iplehouse as well as an Angell-Studio some day. So many different companies make such cute dolls. I don't think I could just buy from only one company. Though I am starting to have favorites. :)

    18. Mio is from Crobidoll, Michael is from Soom, Emma (might change name) is from Iplehouse, Adison is from Little Monica and so is my Enrill head (has no name yet). Planning on getting more from all companies but also from Luts and Fairyland :)

    19. I really don't mind what company they are from as long as I like them. :>
      But I may get a focus in the future or try for some hybrids ... only time will tell. :>

    20. Mine are a total mix - I buy the sculpts I like rather than go by company. The guy I'm waiting for is a Soom - but I don't think that they're the best thing ever. I adore the uniqueness of DZ and Doll Chateau too - so a lot of future aquisitions will be from these companies. But I really like all sorts! I think RS sculpts can look absolutely beautiful with the right face-up (in fact I wouldn't mind getting more of these guys) but most of the characters I have that need shells don't match any RS sculpts at the moment.
