  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. Rowan, don't worry about what's being written in the company announcements. I feel your concerns, because bad experiences can really help other people to avoid troubles. I dealt with Dolkot months ago, and it was awful. "Rumors" can really ruin a company's reputation, but the company should be reliable and have a clearer policy about its service.
      Maybe that was Everpurple case to be unreliable and less comunicative, not Ariadoll. I hope they can fix all the problems, my shipping got delayed because of them and I hope they will keep the word about their timelines.
      They have shown a trustworthy attitude towards their customers, I am really afraid about the latest happenings, I hope their board manager will recover soon.
      A board is not a place where the reputation of a company is at risk, unless there are similar and repeated cases. I don't think Ariadoll has to care about them. Much is being said here, a single opinion can't let a customer down, if the potential buyer is really interested in their product.
      They should concentrate their efforts to fix their problems, not wondering about what people may think at the moment.

      I hope people who are still waiting (me included) will receive their doll soon, but I keep it for granted.

      their english mall manager suddenly quited.
      so they were looking for new manager . so it took time for them to reply.

    4. Aria doll seams as if they have been hit by a string of bad luck!!
      I am honestly hoping that they ship out all the dolls. If they manage to do that, despite the unfortunate event's that are going on, they will be a worthy doll company IMHO.

      I am wishing that everything goes well and everyone receives their doll. I trully want to see Aria doll becoming a well known company with lots of fans. I think they have potential.
       
    5. I wonder if they are still shipping out dolls even though the webmaster is gone? cause if not then who knows how long some of us still have to wait

    6. Ui - AFAIK the artist and owner - is still responding to e-mails and on the QnA board. Acquaintance got his shipping notice 2 days ago.
      I got e-mail response today, but I'm still waiting for shipping of my Narvy.

      So no worrys for that part . They'll tell you if you ask them with your order number .
       
    8. I am really happy that Ui is trying to compensate to all the problems in first person, he really cares about the customers and doesn't want us to worry too much. :)
      I hope he will respect the time lines, if shipping for my Narvy goes beyond the 31st May I will remind about the shipping. I am really anxious to have her at home, but I have waited more than a month, guess a little more won't be a problem.
       
    9. I really loved the look or Narvy but wasn't able to order her when she was available. Valentine's face doesn't interest me at all. I wish this company would offer more than one sculpt at a time.
       
    10. Guys I know that my comment is a little bit out of the current topic, but I am having a little bit of trouble with my Narvy. I am getting a little bit irritated because I cannot do a face up that I like on her. I tried a cute one, a dark one, a fantasy one and now I have done a natural one, but still she does not express the character and attitude that I want her to express. Any ideas?? This is really bad for me, because I am a new face up artist and if I cannot paint my dolls, it's better not to take any commissions at all. I adore her body but her head is giving me a head ache :lol:
       
    11. I have had that happen before - it's very frustrating. Sometimes I just give it more time, or go paint another doll instead :)
       
    12. This might be useful to some people, I asked when my order would ship (sleeping Valentine), and they have given me a date of the second or third week in June. So for all of you who've ordered, they should start or have already begun to ship the valentines in mid/late June. I hate waiting for dolls, it's the worst bit!
       
    13. That;s great news! It means that they are doing ok if they have already started production of Valentine!!!

    15. My Narvy probably was from the "bad" batch and was casted again. Ui wrote, that she will be shipped at Monday 31st.
       
    16. I got her today!!!!!! Shes beautiful and soo heavy!!!! and big too. She is my first BJD! The only issue is that when i was changing her feet, I let go of the s-hook and is stuck inside her thighs:(
       
    17. Congratulations! Generally, when changing the feet, it's a good idea to buy a set of clamps or hemostats from ebay and secure the elastic with those before you remove the feet. I find you need two if you want to eventually restring your doll. Needlenose pliers may help in getting the hook out, otherwise it's just perserverance. Good luck with it.
       
    18. I hope the same applies for me. I didn't ask Ui, but I hope to receive my Narvy soon because I can't wait to have her at home!
       
    19. I actually didn't have much of a problem with Everpurple. I asked when my boy was shipping and they shipped him to me soon after. No problems with resin mismatching.
       
    20. I'm hoping to get Valentine. I keep looking at her and even though she seems a bad head for that body, I love her face and can't resist her. I need to get down to the bank and put some cash in my mastercard but I don't know if I'll have enough to afford her quite yet.
