1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    1. I am recently planning out things for my second doll I will be getting which is a Dollshe Hound.

It took me a long while to find any 14mm eyes I could actually use on him and half the sites didn't list the size of wigs. I worry that I might have this trouble with clothes and shoes so I was hoping all of you Hound owners and lovers might be able to share with a very frustrated future hound owner :|

      Thanks in advance :)

    2. i think the wig size varies between the dollshe molds. My Saint and my Bernard wear a 7-8. CanCan wigs work well, as do Jpop dolls Monique gold collection. Safrin doll on ebay carries all different eye types and sizes and they can wear eyes anywhere from 12mm-14mm. i find that the eyeco eyes in 13mm work best. The hounds can fit into any SD-13 size shoe (not SD 10). So anything from the DoD website and the Senior Delf shoes would fit them just fine. As for clothes... Dollmore model doll clothes work well, luts and iplehouse sell a few dollshe sized clothes as well. I believe the clothes for the 70cm Dollzone dolls fit as well. and there are a few companies out there such as Cherrydoll that make clothes for dollshe boys as well.

    3. as far as clothes and wigs you could commission them from someone in the marketplace (once you gain access to it).
That is also a good place to get used shoes and what not.

Have you looked at Dollmore. I think their Model M size is similar to Hound size. DoD just started making 70cm dolls so you can check there to see if they have anything that'll fit your Hound.

Anywhere you go just double check the measurements to make sure they'll fit your boy.

Congrats on getting a hound! I've only seen 1 up close and he was beautiful!

    4. Aww thank you so much :)

    5. I like a lot of the Girl Dollmore Model clothes and want to put it on my Hound for an androgynous look. Does anyone know if the Girl Dollmore Model clothes will fit a Dollshe body?

    6. Does anyone have trouble with pants fitting for their Dollshe men? I am planning to get a Saint, but first I have to find some pants that fit my poor DZ Ying. :/ His pelvic area is bigger than a hound's, so hound pants are way too tight for the poor guy.

    7. releaserain on ebay has wonderful deck shoes and high top sneakers that fit Hound and Model girls wonderfully!

    8. I have a similar question sorta XD;;; Does anyone know if the DOI clothes fit Hounds well?

    9. I'm looking to kit out my incoming Dollshe/DIM Minimee mongrel in biker gear. I particularly want a classic style biker jacket. I want one that does not have huge, over-sized zips and poppers/snaps. Well made and not eye-wateringly expensive would be nice too.

This is the sort of thing I am looking for

      Ideas, anyone?

    10. The best one I can think of is made by iplehouse but it's pricey. I have the SD13 version of the jacket and it's freakin' gorgeous.

I've seen other motorcycle jackets for sale in the past but I don't know if they are currently available.

    11. I think this one from Dollmore looks pretty similar to the one you are looking for....

And this is a simpler version^^

    12. I'm having that problems too. CherryDoll and Dollmore seems to be the only onces that could actually fit my DZ. Hound tight tops and pants don't fit him, so i presume that all 70cm DZ clothes and shoes would fit a hound easily.

    13. I just wanted to say man I'm glad I found this thread! I don't have a hound, but I'd been having all kinds of fun trying to find clothes that would fit my dollmore guy that weren't made by dollmore (gotta change up his look sometimes). I actually didn't know about CherryDoll and a lot of these others. Very helpful, thanks a bunch ^_^.

    14. Thanks idrisfynn and Smaug. Yes, I had seen these but baulked at spending that much on the Iplehouse jacket. I hadn't really given the Dollmore one a proper look. It actually does look pretty close to what I want, doesn't it? Hmm... Maybe I could make my doll "a fashion leader with this fashionable jacket". LOL!

    15. I've seen the Dollmore and iplehouse jackets side by side. Quality-wise there is a huge difference. If you want one made of much better materials with a nice lining and a glove like fit that will resell for what you paid, you might want to splurge if you can swing it. ;)

    16. Oh, these dolls dolls are going to bankrupt me, I swear!

    17. Well, I splurged on the Iplehouse leather jacket and, whilst I can't quite bring myself to say that it is worth every penny (NO item of doll clothing could ever be worth that much, c'mon!) it is a true masterpiece of dolly tailoring. I have had an inordinate amount of fun undoing various zips and press studs (collar goes up, collar goes down) and it really is exceptionally well made. So, thanks idrisfynn for the recommendation. My future biker salutes you (even though my bank manager is cursing your name).

    18. I'm an enabler and I'm not sorry. :sneaky Glad you like the jacket!

    19. Found my ANSER WHEN MY POST WAS MERGED HERE, LOL
