    3. I'm looking at the in-stock pitusas and can anyone help me- what is the difference between the two "mochi" skintone options? One costs slightly more and looks whiter in the swatch but I can't find a comparison picture

      On this listing there is " mochi" and "mochi + 10 euros"

      I sent an inquiry on the website and Lola answered that one is for a doll with faceup available and one without, so the color is not actually different! Sharing in case anyone had the same question :)

      My Somni arrived! I still need to think of a name for her though, and I only made her a really quick wig - I ordered some more alpaca to do the thing properly, there's all kinds of bald spots. But she's such a cutie!

    19. Hey can someone help me? How do I contact her about an order?

      I used the contact form on her website and the email bounced back to me and said it was undeliverable. And she doesn't read DMs. I see on her instagram it says she knows the contact form isn't working, but that was back in March.

    20. On her FB page there is a regular gmail address. Maybe that works better? Although, it seems she's having issues with her internet provider in general, so maybe she can't read anything
