We always take a risk when we order from an indivual artist. She may be ill or have been in an accident.
Seeing as these issues have gone on for a few years now and her last several discussions were just her "wanting a break from social media" because of stress, that doesn't seem likely, nor does it excuse the behavior.

Wondering if anyone else in the US participated in the latest preorder? I purchased a KittyM around Xmas but just saw that they are expected to ship soon and the tariffs have me nervous I was hoping they would take longer and hopefully avoid this mess
I purchased a Ren. I remember there was a reason I checked the Atelier Momoni website recently, but my status had not changed and have not seen anything since.
That’s strange, maybe Ren is on a different manufacturing timeline? I didn’t get a notification but I saw a mention about preorders on social media and when I logged in to my account I had a new invoice in my order history for the remaining amount. No updates since though..
I also paid in full, so that may have something to do with it too. Also ordered at tail end of Dec with faceup.
If it helps, I ordered it as soon as the pre-order started, and I'm still waiting for an update! I asked Lola, and she said the manufacturer was shipping dollies this month, so here's to getting updates soon!
