Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     3. Though we got there very early, the lottery number I got didn't get me my Rengemaru. It makes me really angry because we were among the first people to get to the shop... and people who arrived an hour and a half after us got better numbers. :( There was also a scalper who managed to get a great number - she was able to get one of each doll.

      I'm really sad about it. :( Sorry to hear you didn't get Toppi, Revelation! Good luck getting her another way. I'm giving up on the sleeping Rengemaru, though. The way the event was handled really soured me on the doll.

Awww man!! ;_; I'm sorry you two didn't get your dolls... *snugglies* ;_; I agree the lotto system totally sucks butt ~_~ I think whoever shows the dedication to get there in the wee hours and wait for four hours deserves to get the dolls more than people who just kind of show up haphazard... but that's me opinion.

      And... that being said, I feel kind of guilty to say that I did manage to get my Rengemaru, though it was close. I got #35, which apparently for that store, is a bit of an iffy number because it's got so little stock usually. Toppi sold out within 40-odd people. :T So did Suzuna. There was one lady who left with, I swear, EVERY DOLL. I wonder if she was scalping as well... Honestly, why would you buy that many dolls at once...? Or rather, how could you possibly afford it!! @_@

      I saw that the online AE didn't go very well either :T Volks really need to do something better for their AEs. They certainly don't make many people happy... :(

    5. Yay! I'm so happy you got him! I hoped that even if I didn't get mine, you guys would at least get yours. That's so awesome - you shouldn't feel guilty at all. You'll have to post pictures!

      I agree about the method though... it seems like a lot more people were upset than were happy. They certainly lost my business - I ordered from another company when I got home with the money that I would have spent on Rengemaru (and a bit more).

    6. Mmm, I suppose they're trying to be fair to everyone,which I can understand, but it just winds up making people unhappy. I am not sure I want to try and go through that whole escapade again. ~_~ It's TORTUROUS and almost not worth it when all's said and done.

      I will most definitely be posting pictures of Shinobu soon! He has... big hair o.O He's also difficult to pose ~_~;;; I think he might be loosely strung :shudder *fears teh stringing* Might also be that I am NOT used to handling such a little guy.

      I'm going back tomorrow to check on the new FCS... %D I must be crazy!
