1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Audrey Doll

    1. I have ordered for them in the past and not had problems...they even changed an order for me last minute (lol I emailed them seconds after I ordered and they call it just in time...BS!) because I accidently ordered the wrong size wig. However...I am very disappointed that I cannot review my previous orders. That to me is not worth the savings.

    2. I've dealt with Audrey's many, many times without a great deal of trouble. The fact that things are not in stock is often an annoyance--but I've gotten used to ordering things a couple of weeks before I actually need them. The discounts are worth it for me, and they are very clear on their site about their no-backorder and shipping policies.

With most of my orders, things are drop-shipped directly from Seeley, Kemper, or Monique, so Audrey's never even has the item in their posession, and the shipping charges are exact, and quite low because of the high volume of the manufacturers.

That did cause trouble recently, when I ordered an 8/9 Monique wig and recieved (from Monique, drop-shipped) a 14/15. I contacted Audrey Meredith directly and given a return authorization for Monique. I sent the wig directly to Monique, Audrey refunded the shipping cost on one of my subsequent orders, and I'm now waiting for Monique to send the 8/9 my way.

Seeley dropped the ball on another of my orders, and Audrey was in constant contact letting me know that she was hounding them, but not getting much communication--she offered to cancel the order and refund, but I really needed the item and eventually began calling Seeley myself (which resulted in near-immediate overnight shipping).

In any event, I'm a U.S. customer, so I can't speak to Audrey's overseas shipping policies or prices. But I always recieve an email that details shipping charges and wholesale costs on the date that my order is shipped and my CC is charged, so I don't have to search my bank statements.

There's certainly a bit of hassle dealing with a wholesaler, but I've found the service to be acceptable, given the circumstances. Maybe it's the stuff I'm ordering and my location that makes my orders go a bit smoother?

    3. I also had payment problems with Audreys Doll Gallery, their international payment system seems to be deficient. But the last thing was this very disgusting, threatening and insulting mail.

Resuming it they told me that the problem was mine because I'm from Spain and they associate Spain with problems...

Been three years ordering from them, always fast paying my orders and trusting their *blind* shipping charges. And sudenly they came with this mail...

I will never buy from them again.

    4. I think they have a lot of problem with EU! >.<!

    5. oops, posted in the wrong subforum. :blush

    6. Can someone explain the "Out of Stock" policy? :? So if you order something that is out of stock then the whole order is put on hold till it is instock? Or they send you what is in stock, then ship the rest of your order with new s&h charges? Or you just don't get the out of stock items? *_* It's late and I'm so confused, but I really wanna order some cheap shoes from them!
