Bambicrony Bella Bambi discussion part 1

Lulu, she's so gorgeous! I didn't know anything about Bambicrony dolls except that I think Vivienne and Marianne need to come live with me, so I really appreciate your review, so I know what to expect when I do get them.

PearlZenith I hope you get your girls soon! They're very cool, it's the first tiny I've seen with a jointing system like it and she has INCREDIBLE movement now I re-strung her and loosened her off a lil bit That clunking in her hips is better too now she's a bit looser

 

LuLu she looks gorgeous! It is awesome when they come out exactly as you hoped! I love the name Slip for her.

Hey, anyone receive their Bella Bambi's??? My doll is stuck in before shipping--- would love to see some pic's to tie me over!

 

Lulu posted a couple of photos of her Vivienne on page six of this thread.

 

Im not sure that I'm a fan of the new body.... i guess it kills the idea of 'ball jointed', but that's the way all the dolls are moving now
I have to say, Lulu's doll is fantastic! very cool!

 

I think the body is very pretty actually, but i think the double knee joints look so straight, its ugly, just like luts new bodies, but i think luts is worse. They also have as long feet as yosd, so it would be cool if someone could measure the width of this body.

I wish they make new heads, i dont like these at all, their noses look strange to me. Elfs maybe...

 

They have their own kind of charm about them I have to say Slip (my vivienne) has a great deal of personality even if it does take a while to get used to her movement and odd joints lol

I gather this lot are less popular than the ciao bella's, which I think is a shame, they're really rather lovely once you get to know them

 

Does anyone have a comparison shot of Bella Bambis vs the Ciao Bellas? I really want to see how the two look together.

I would love to know if Ciao Bella's head would fit on Bella Bambi's body. Oddly enough I like the Bella Bambi's body - maybe it's curvy torso or the way the feet arch.

 

Well my Vivi finally arrived--- and I love her!! She is a solid poser, and stands wonderfully. I have a little Dollzone guy that stands by my computer at work. I really think Vivi will be just like him. No kickness at all.

 

And here she is with Lotti. Lotti thinks that she is taller, sssh don't tell her

 

Sorry about the photos--- didn't get Vivi home from the Post Office until after dark. So I stood her up in the kitchen.

I would love to see more comparison pictures I've been so curious of to the size relations. Do you think you (or anyone else?) could take some naked comparisons?

 

I'll strip off my two and do nekkid comparisons tonight, they're totally different, there's not a thing on the bella that could remotely have come from a ciao...ok...mebbe the feet...but that's it lol
