I don't know, there is so little information out there about this company and these dolls.

 

I ordered Amber at September 8 and she arrived at my friend's house at October 27, she is not home now since she needs to be given a face-up, but my friend did send me some photos of her. Amber's face is a little bit dirty and her normal skin is more yellow than I've expected, I know BY had changed their normal skin tone but never thought it can be that yellow.
Beyours now has a free-head event, from 20/10 to 20/11, if you buy a 1/3 doll you will get a 1/3 Bamboo head for free. I'm so unlucky I missed their event ((((((
However, I won't mind anything if they send me my Amber COA

 

@Kagemi Aw that sucks I hope her face can be cleaned off, and it's not stained.
Did they ever respond to you about the COA?

The company seems a little iffy to me right now. It's a shame because I really like their dolls.

 

@Fawne Sunny World still doesn't say anything and it is more than a week now, but this is Beyours's fault of having forgotten to put my COA in the box. I couldn't find anyway to contact this company now. Beyours does have great dolls but their customer service is so bad, this will be the first and last time I buy their dolls.

 

Hi guys, I'm planning for my next doll to be a BY Olive. I'm wondering which you think is better to order from, SW&Doll or LegendDoll? Because of some of the above comments I'm getting a bit concerned about ordering from SW or ordering a BY at all but Olive is a doll I really want, so I'm going to do it anyway. The base price is cheaper at Legend (only by $15), but they also give a shipping estimate of 12-14 weeks, vs SW's estimate of 40 days.
Any opinions? I gotta get this guy, just want to find the safest way.

 

My Amber arrived home today, after receiving face up by my friend. The COA problem was solved by beyours, and my girl's skin tone is very beautiful. It appears quite yellow in the pics but beautiful creamy in real life. The only thing that makes me feel upset is, I missed BY event this year they are giving free new Bamboo head to whoever buy their 1/3 dolls from 20/10/2015 to 20/11/2015. I didn't know they would offer any event at all, and my Amber arrived Viet Nam before 20 October so no free head for me *cry a river*

 

The rep at Legend doll is super nice and helpful, replied to emails about splitting my package for me when Sunny's rep wouldn't even answer.

 

@Sillypeach yeah, SW is very late at reply emails or questions on their site. I saw Legend doll has lowered their BY doll price to $365 (old body), just $15 higher than SW but you will be treat with better service and fast reply.

Can any of you guys tell me how long it took to receive a BeYours doll from Legend?

I'm so confused with the prices now, the Legenddoll prices went down and the SWDoll prices went up. :'D But still, calculating the shipping (which is around $95 at Legend and $65 at SWDoll), I think it'll still be cheaper for me to buy my Pansy from SWDoll.

Anyway, anyone notice there are new BeYours dolls?
There's Bamboo, apparently he was an event head and now is offered for sale, and P.T..
For some reason Bamboo is listed as "Ada" on SWDoll's site, which made me kinda confused. :'D
But what do you think about these dolls? I think the faces are lovely, but I don't like the way they used false lashes as lower lashes, they look extremely weird coming out of the eyes like that. XD

I just learned about BeYours dolls, and I'm somewhat interested in getting one especially with the price fitting into my budget. I am curious though, is there much difference between the old and new girl bodies? It looks like the new one has double jointed elbows and the old doesn't but that was all I could tell from the pictures

 

I only have a new girl body so I couldn't help much. All that I could tell is the new body poses like a dream to me. My girl can keep a pose for more than a day if nothing touch her. If only there was a joint at the hip then the new body would be perfect.

Here is my Amber with new wig made by me:

 

The new body is AMAZING. Seriously the best posing and handling girl body I've ever encountered. ♥ I can't compare it to the older version, but I can compare it to all the other female SD bodies I've ever held and it is the best.
I actually don't even yearn for a hip joint, because she poses so well even without one, and I think the body looks nicer without one. But we all have opinions about these sort of things; I do prefer a hip joint on my boy dolls.

I'm hopefully soon going to be able to order my Pansy. I've waited for so long and soon the day comes when I can finally click "add to cart"! Can't wait, I'm so excited.

 

Ah! thank you @Kagemi & @tekkonkinkreet i look forward to seeing more pictures of these dolls! it seems like they're not too popular which is too bad, I'm having a hard time trying to decide which head sculpt to get, especially between Kirara and Pansy

 

You're welcome! Which skin do you choose for your future Beyours doll? Since BY normal skin is quite yellow than others, you may want to look carefully before deciding. Honestly, I love the older BY normal skin more, when the skin was more pink, now it's just yellow, no pink at all.

Which body is the newest body? On the Legend doll site, they mention 'body A' and body 'B'. Which one is the most posable?

 

Hi @Lilla, thank you for your kind words, I'm glad to hear you say so. As I know, body type A is the new body and type B is the old one.
