Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     2. Hello guys ^ ^ I was wondering if anyone could help me with my question >w>;; Does BeYours still have the problem with the thin resin? And if so, is it like...TOO much of a problem? If I string kinda loosely and handle her carefully, would I still have problems with it? =w=;;;;

    3. No, it's not 'too' much of a problem, depending on how picky you are xD My Kirara came with a piece chipped off her ankle, where the thin resin is (including the wrists, I think, and some other places I'm not entirely sure I can recall). I was very scared to handle her at first but she's been with me over a year now and been posed many a time, and nothing else has chipped/broken ^^ Minus that one problem, she actually seems incredibly sturdy!

    6. DDD': Poor ankle!! Oh well >3< At least I know if I get a body it won't break into pieces entirelly on me XD I asked Sunny's if they'd sell bodies separately since they seem more cheap-ish than other companies. (find my a GOOD looking body for under $300 xDDD ). So hopefully, sometime next year or the other, I'll get a body for one or two of my floating heads >3>;

    11. Regarding the thin resin - I actually have an Amber boy from spring 2011, and there's not a crack or crack anywhere on him. I'm very cautious though, because I had read about the thin resin issue. I notice the thinness around his wrists, not so much his ankles.

      I think I'll get myself a decent camera for Christmas, so that I can share pictures. There aren't very many BeYours dolls around, sadly!

    12. So are all the lovely dolls in this thread in the normal skin or the white skin? I’m about to order a doll (my first beyours doll!) and I don’t know which color to choose. From Sunny’s site, it looks like the normal skin is pinker and white skin is yellower. Is this true with your own dolls?

    16. So he arrived, and the white skin is really pretty! It's not really white, I would rather call it pale normal yellow, it's nice creamy color but nowhere near pure white. I could try to snatch some comparisons with my ns dolls when the light decides to come back if needed. I'm also very curious about the normal skin, how pink exactly it is as it looks very very pink in the company pictures.

    17. I saw the pictures in your box opening, and that white looks so nice! The temptation to get two of each doll in both natural andwhite is overwhelming right now.....!

      I wonder what color skin the dolls in the company pictures have? It should be the natural, right?

    18. It's kind of hard to say, but I would guess R.C. is white since he's so pale, especially compared to the natural girl body below the male one. I haven't really checked the other dolls that carefully so I can't say. I guess we could ask someone, maybe Sunny would know?

    19. I think someone asked this and in SW's Q&A about the promotional BeYours pictures and they answered that every picture should be of normal skin... Though I agree that Redcopper definitely looks WS in the promo pictures. But otherwise, I think it is quite safe to say that the pics should be normal skin.

      And Ibilintu, congrats!!!! He looks gorgeous, I am even more excited for my WS right now, I was bit worried it would be too yellow, but the creamy should work perfecto~! :D Thank you for sharing the pics in box opening thread~!

    20. I think they're normal skin I dunno depending on the light they can look quite yellow-ish.
      Now that I look closer the normal skin looks orangy rather than pink. I didn't notice it sooner since I had nothing else to compare it to.
