Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       In my last post, I said that I need to decide if I'm going to order Lily and Clover. I just ordered some eyes for my Gabriel, and included some for Lily and Clover. I guess I've made my decision lol :eek:

    6. I already asked this in the Ail 1/3 thread, but will also post here as this thread is a lot more active.

      I found an Ail Alice 1/3 head for sale second hand and i'm wondering if it would be a good fit for the Illua body (that i also already have). What do you think?

    7. @Seronil I’d definitely be interested in seeing pictures if you go for it! I’ve been curious about the Petite Illuas - the height/body variety would be fun for my crew.

      My main Big BB hybrid is a Dollga SD head on a Volks DearSD body, but Dollga heads were very commonly hybrid onto Volks SD bodies when they were more popular so I was pretty confident it was going to work out. The Dollga head is also very cutesy/rounded so I felt like the stylization would work well.

      Sometimes it can just come down to proportions on the individual sculpt’s face. And some people are much pickier than others about hybrids so it can be a matter of individual taste!

    8. Thank you for your answer! I have seen some photos with an illua and Ail doll together and to me the heads look pretty similar in proportion. The Ail head looks a bit more mature, but I think that the illua body is very versatile in the age it could be. I love the look of some antique dolls and this one could hopefully capture some of that vibe as well. I have some quick photos I took before selling my only slim msd if you're interested in comparison photos! My other doll is a Dollmore Alexia and she at least is a great companion for the illua and hopefully the heads will match well enough while being a bit different in style.

    9. Just sharing these two big babies of mine. The one is red is my Jun Tachibana Dear SD, the one in pink is my Angell Studio Ondine on Dear SD. Angell Studio Milk color is a beautiful match for Volks PS Alabaster :kitty2

      By the way, lol, my AS Ondine, Thyone is wearing a (very adjustable) partial set made for DD in these pictures. She wore it when she had her adult AS body, and I loved it on her so I was determined to make it work on her new chubby baby body :mwahaha

      Buying clothes for BigBB is so dangerous because I start looking at the adjustable SD stuff for DearSD but then my Luts Baby Delf(s) can fit in standard MSD stuff (at least in Dollheart)… Clearly the only solution is to buy all the clothes! :lol:
