Oh wow, I used to follow Bishonenhouse over on DA about 8 years back or so as he created some really nice male dolls. Nice to see that he still makes dolls and as i've not seen his work for a long time, it's really interesting to see the new direction to these stylised designs. They're certainly very unique, I don't think i've seen any other bjds done in this style

I wish you luck on getting a body. He looks good, and to bad his head isn't same size as Steve. Could send him a gift of resin hair.
Congratulations P-AeI! Wow, Nails is intense! You did a great job on the face up (as usual ). Oh, and did you make his eyes? They are fantastic! I now have a complete Vince head! I was able to get a white wig from Donn. Now I just need to get up the courage to do the face up. I honestly hate doing face ups. They stress me out so much. Hello animemom! Well, I think he looks great @Vetinari! Very smug! I still haven't pained my Vince face plate. I just don't want to mess it up. I'm getting worse about putting off face ups and am getting used to dolls without them.
Aww, face ups are fun. I bet you'll do a great job. Did you get Vinces white wig or Steve's? The eyes I made out of clay, I make almost all the eyes for my BishonenHouse dolls because it's cheaper than buying lots of tiny eyes and I like how they look cartoony. Lol, Nails in not impressed. And the sweater is actually for a wine bottle @Vetinari He's lovely! Havelock is so cool!! Man, I can't wait for Spade to be released. C= and I'm going to get Nails a body when. I can! I love Nails!
@P-Aei I got Vince's white wig. I am planning on painting it gradient white to dark gray. That I can do, and looks like it will be enjoyable, though I have been putting off all sorts of projects lately. Technically our weather isn't warm or dry enough for msc yet. That might not be until June/July. We do have frogs croaking in February, a good sign that it is semi spring.
Looks great. I have like three LE face plates that I have not even thought about but I do hope to work on them all come June. Thanks for sharing your guy.
OH yeah, you're definitely not alone on the putting painting off! I too am hoping to get some of that done this year. Along with trying to make my own eyes using P-Aei's tutorial. So many Steve faces, so few eyes... and yeah, when you buy tiny eyes, they don't all match in color... so making them makes a lot of sense. I'm waiting on Spade and Nails too. And anxiously awaiting the guy with the dreadlocks! He's going to be yummy. ^_^
Well here's something to ponder. Due to all the news stories of people told to evacuate their homes due to wildfires, floods, and dams breaking. What if you only had an hour to evacuate. What doll would you grab. Due to the time and work into Eddie I said him. All my other dolls can be replaced in time, but not Eddie. Other than river is to far fires are my only concern in Illinois.
Thank you! He's supposed to be young Havelock Vetinari from his school/assassin's guild era years, young, still learning the ropes but anything but brash and foolish. Whilst still technically a schoolboy he was instrumental in the overthrow of the despotic tyrant that was running his city-state into the ground - both politically and the actual dirty work... He should strictly speaking be wearing entirely assassin's black, if any of his fellow guildmembers caught him wearing *shudder* anything as uncool as colour he'd likely be dead - but he claimed those trousers as soon as he arrived and completely refused to wear his black trousers. (Still yet to find footwear that fits him however!)
