1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Bishonenhouse dolls!

    1. Will try and work on pattern as soon as Nails arrives. Will be happy to share once I sew a good pair.

    2. I'm trying to convince Vince he can wear other colors besides black. And to at least try other styles....I would love to see him wear a colorful T shirt, surfer shorts and flip flops. :XD:

    3. That would be awesome. Donn posted on Facebook page Spade in some cool beach wear. I think all of the boys should want to be cooler in this heat, not wear stuff that would make them melt. I will have to get my guys to be "cooler" as well.

    4. @animemom you just gave me a great idea! I'll tell Vince that a summer outfit will make him 'cooler' and maybe he'll think I mean looking good and agree. *rubs hands together while grinning muhahahaa!

    5. That's why we are the guardians and they are the crew.

    6. Yes please, I would love to use your pattern.

    7. Soon as my Nails arrives I will work on pattern for slip on pants. They won't be perfect but will fit and you all who get copy of pattern can make any changes you want. Not like I can sell anything I make. LOL

    8. Thank you @animemom for sharing your pattern! I have tried so many times to make my own, all have failed.

I really need to take more pictures of Vince. Just so tired. Vince is also going to grow his own grapes. I found a miniature real grape plant at Lowes. Perfect msd size! Has tiny grapes too! Since I have so many miniature plants, I could make my own msd sized garden. It would be so awesome for photos.

    9. There is a woman I follow on Flickr who did amazing small gardens, a garden shop with greenhouse, and even a Japanese style pond and bridge. You should see her stuff.

    10. And double post as I haven't figured out spoilers yet.

Vince in the Jurassic Park part of our garden with the Giant Japanese Butterbur plants. They grow 6" tall and the leaves get 5-6" across. I love giant plants and miniature ones!

    11. @kurogane - I am so super excited about this. It's going to be a fun project to fix him up (should I make a project journal?) and I have so many ideas about how I'll style him. :D

Your garden's looking great by the way! Love the mini grape vine.

    12. @kurogane - It'll probably be a while before I set one up, as I have a large doll project already in the works and I want to get that one done before I distract myself (only a month and a bit until the biggest doll meet of the year and I want to have these guys perfect). But once that's all over it'll be Spade's turn to keep me company while I wait on another MSC shipment and better weather for face ups.

    13. @Quiet and Insane your are in Australia? So it's your winter there now? Wow, the biggest doll meet of the year, how fun. I get to attend one next month, so I understand about getting the dolls I want to take perfect. I'll just be pleasantly surprised when you share wip on Spade.

    14. I am lucky I have at least two big meet ups a year, but this year I get to attend two big ones, a couple of small ones, and I am hoping a good one in September as I am the hostess. So far have counting myself 22 for sure attending. I am hoping come August more can commit to coming. With all the planning and such, I will most likely just bring my boys as they love a good party.

    15. @animemom sounds like lots of fun! There are two big cons where I live, one is in Seattle area which is a three hour drive each way. I prefer the Portland Oregon one as it is about 30 minutes via freeway. Of course Vince is going, and I'm still debating if I should bring anyone else. I am bringing a shopping list! Maybe I can find something on it. If not, online, and wait, lol.

    16. I envy the Portland one as Donn went last year. The biggest convention I have been to was Dollism Plus three years ago. I went to one two years in a row in Kentucky, but it never really took off.

    17. @kurogane - Yes I'm down here in Australia, freezing my toes off thanks to winter. I'm very much a warm weather person. Working on Spade will be a fun project for sure. I've just recently been getting into (permanent) doll mods and this will be an awesome way to really get into it. :) I might even try my hand at sculpting my own...one day in the very distant future.

Normally we have two very large meets a year, but they were both cancelled this year due to the organiser being far too busy. Another lady has stepped up and volunteered to hold it, so fingers crossed it'll still go ahead. Throughout the year though, we have dozens of smaller meets ranging from hang outs at people's homes, and lunches in fancy cafes.

    18. I'm desperately jealous of all the Nails I've been seeing (and those crazy wigs for Vince are slaying it).
