1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    1. Thanks for the heads up @animemom ! I wonder what the goodies will be. =) I'm always happy to throw money at Donn for his BishonenHouse stuff!

    2. Same here, especially when it makes my guys even more awesome.

    3. Ooh there's a Facebook group? Could you PM me the details please? :)

    4. Sure thing.

    5. I never updated Vince's status, he got a leather jacket! Still searching for the perfect pair of boots. The jacket is from AC and fits pretty good. I also took Vince to our local bjd con, and he got many compliments.

Side note, I'm still waiting for my yearly Patreon kit. It's been three months. Oh well, not a long wait I guess.

    6. I know Donn is always busy, so I am sure he is working on your new guy. As for boots, depending on style your looking for many MSD boots will fit, just measure his feet length and width, and with socks, as boots can stain the feet.

    7. @animemom thank you for the tip on boots. I'd forgot about socks! Another item to add to the list. Right now thestyle of boots I'm looking for seems to be out of style these days. Back when I didn't need any, they were everywhere.

    8. @kurogane Awesome! Yeah I bet Donn is probably working on your kit, who did you pick as your reward? <:
I ordered some Nails boots from the scrap sale for my Nails, I really love his fulllset so I'm super stoked I was able to grab the boots, but I feel bad taking the only pair. '''OTL My Vince wears normal MSD boots, they look a bit clunky but I'm a fan of the clunky look so lol.

    9. I picked Vince who is already here. But Donn is working on Spike and my Nails too. I have been waiting on Spade for almost two years. Donn swears he will work on Spades once he has everything else done and shipped.

Congrats on the boots, I am sure at some point Donn will create more cool things.

    10. Same! I paid off Spade in January the year he was up for pre-order so it's been like two years lol. But that's ok, I know how hard it is being a single artist on commission, and I don't even use resin. Gosh that takes so much time... making molds,.. 3D printing, gee. I know Donn will get the orders out as he can and I have plenty to work on with the rest of my BishonenHouse crew. <: I can't wait to see what you do with your Nails!

    11. @P-Aei dont feel bad getting Nails boots! I bet your Nails will look so awesome all suited up. I thought about getting some of the resin shoes, but being honest, I would never take the effort to put them on. Or if I did, they would be permanent. Me so lazy, lol. My anniversary kit is Vince. Poor Steve had his body appropriated back in June. Vince is not the patient type (more likely it's me). I'm just having a rough time waiting these days. It seems like that is all this hobby is! Or wanting something, and now you can't find it anywhere. I think I'm just going to go back to bed and get up on the right side this time.

Oh, I found a great belt for the guys at Jo Anne's. It is a bracelet that is double sided, but has a buckle, just like a tiny belt. I got a solid grey one with red/black plaid on the other side. It was on sale really cheap. I love finding unexpected goodies like that. I also got some tiny metal studs that are the perfect size. I found them in the aisle for decorating clothes. They are iron on, but I will just use glue to attach them. Now, where do you want those studs, Vince?

    12. I have faith Donn will get them done. He has talked about having Spade cast by a service, as his health can't handle every bit of the work. So Nails maybe the last one he casts. Which is fine, just as long as he does the face ups and body work.

Nails is going to be fun. I have him in my head with a New Zealand accent, and strong but soft soul. Spade has always planned to be my bounty hunter for magical creatures. His history with Elizabeth is going to bug Eddie.
Wh I saw someone selling a Vince here I am so tempted to get him, but only cause the idea of him being not only the egotistical singer of the band Zane left, but also his twin brother.

The belt sounds awesome. Other then the Our Generation stuff at Target, I haven't been to lucky in finding stuff for the guys. Plan to make the pants for Spade and for Nails, since they will be the odd sized ones. I am still working out their characters and jobs.

I want the resin shoes so I can make cool styles for each of them.

    13. I have to admit I do feel a little bad for being able to bring home a Spade before anyone else (especially those of you who have been waiting for so long), but at the same time, he was the sacrificial doll to clean out all the dust from the molds to get them ready for everyone else. Poor guy still looks like a meat puzzle in a body bag...:sweat

    14. Don't feel bad. I know Donn offers scrap parts and if you were able to score a Spade, and willing to do all the work you're okay with me. I have LE face plates still waiting for me to work on.

    15. I've been wanting to really get into modding dolls and he was the perfect opportunity, even if I've been to busy to work on him just yet. I've got a lot of work ahead of me, but I hope to have him done sometime this summer. Most likely after Christmas.

    16. I would think as weather gets cooler using MSC should give you less issues. Just don't forget after sanding or even if no sanding needed to wash parts and thoroughly dry them out. Mold is not easy to get removed from resin. I would do body first and then face plates. With Donn trying to create new things it will make owning these guys so much fun. Most companies just make the dolls and that's it. Donn wants to not only add more cool stuff but he also wants to improve the dolls.

    17. @animemom those boots you linked, are just what I'm looking for! I bet the ones I saw years ago were SD, but darn, why does msd get forgotten?

I love Donn's dolls and how he keeps coming out with new innovative ideas. I also throughly enjoy his tutorials.

I took pictures yesterday to share, but with the convoluted way I get them to Flickr and then on DOA, let's just say, I'll get one on here today, lol. (take picture with cell phone's awesome camera, email pic to iPad, save to iPad, upload to Flickr, use pc to post picture on DOA).

    18. Yes Flickr isn't the easiest to work with, but don't know how to join instagram and I am not willing to share all my photos with the world. Especially of granddaughter. I keep forgetting to ask daughter to help me with instagram account. I am doing okay with Flickr, just a pain when selling.

I will let Donn know we need those boots for the guys.

    19. @animemom yeah, Flickr is a real pain when selling. I have to edit the post and re do all the pictures. And there doesn't seem to be an app for iPad to upload the BBC code, so I have to use a regular computer to post pictures here. Oh well, I'm thankful I didn't have photobucket, what a mess. I also don't have an instagram account. Just too many to keep track of.
