@kurogane you'll just have to be careful to try and find slimmer stuff, I'll get measurements for all of my crew so you'll know what works and won't if you compare companies. =D
I got my kit today!!!! It came with the sideways smirk face, the grumpy/frustrated face and the confused face. I'm gonna email Donn about the normal smily face 'cause I want all Mira's faces I still have to put her together. Think I underestimated how difficult it is to put a kit together. The last time I did, was nearly 10 years ago (a Soom Uyoo kit). I'm such a fuss that I've too afraid to cut the elastic out of fear of cutting it too short XD
@Eiko82 Congratulations! I understand about cutting the elastics. I've restrung bjds and always measure twice, cut once, lol. Still, getting the tension right is tricky. I guess practice makes it easier, but...that's something I try to avoid.
@Eiko82 Oh my gosh congrats! I'd mark out the elastic to cut it, though Donn usually send an inch or two extra I think! I can't wait to see her! All of her face plates are great! =D You might wanna suede her upper body joint too with some hot glue, my Mira likes to arch her back. (Which is good because then she usually stays balanced xD But sometimes I want a different pose.) That's the only part I sueded. =D Can't wait to see her! Edit: @BeeryCherry Awesome! Alrighty, putting her together was more challenging than I thought. Tbh I still have to sand down some of her seams. I have no experience with this. She also needs her faceup but luckily, a friend is doing that for me. But for now, meet Kira!!! I love her grumpy face!!! I posted more photos in the Boxopening forum.

All of Donn's characters are amazing. I like them all . I'm saving like crazy in my Vince fund. Gotta be prepared in case one comes up for sale. You never know, lol.
I know!! I assumed that Mira was gonna be his only female doll, given that we've seen no evidence of other female characters in Steve's work. But now I'm so curious to know what she looks like or what her role in the story is.
