Bishonenhouse dolls!

@animemom thank you for the luck! I will definitely use it all up! I can make dollhouses, dollhouse furniture, bjd hats, and clothes ( all from scratch), but jewelry making is hard for me! OK, so is polymer clay. I guess we all have our challenges. This doll hobby is wonderful! So many crafts to try!

 

@animemom - That's where I should be now but it's not really happening. Ah well.

@kurogane - I'd love to see what you come up with! I really enjoy jewelry making for my dolls. Almost all of my dolls have at least one piece of jewelry and I think I just had the perfect idea about what to make my Spade. Functional "jewelry"!

Just wondering, has anyone who selected Spade for their Patreon doll gotten him? I'm a little out of the loop.

 

Hello everyone, I’m back to the land of the living. Behind on everything, but I’ll just gladly forget all last week. Still waiting for Spades clothes. Has the mail stampede started already?

 

I ordered Spade almost two years ago. Vince was my Patreon reward. I also have a Nails on order but only been waiting on him a few months. I have Donn do all the work so it takes longer. I know mail is already getting slowed down by early Christmas shopping and shipping.

My Spade was a straight order along with Nails before Patreon, but arrived a month or so ago, and they ended up being part lay away, part Patreon, and part last-minute-he's-ready-but-just-need-another-$100. I got them both as kits with a few extras.

 

@aernath thanks! Black and white color scheme is so easy with bjds. It seems everything comes in either black, or black...with maybe some white...Vince pulls it off really well though. I got the jacket at Alice’s Collections. I can get the exact item number as it takes quite a bit of searching through pages of coats. It fits so well!

Spade is still waiting for his clothes to show up! First Class International is so slow.

I got my Spade as my Patreon subscription. Originally I had wanted another Vince, but due to a miscommunication mixup, Donn offered me a Spade kit instead, and I jumped on the offer!

I need to get photos of the boys here. Seems always something going on. Thankfully it will be more normal after Thanksgiving. But I think tomorrow I can get some photos of the boys to share here.

Great how everyone manages to get their guys. I am hoping Donn will tell me soon my boy's are on their way home. We have some stories to get on. My head has created two new characters who may get very involved in the boys lives.

 

Oh yes! Instant service! Can you not read their little minds? lol One of our cats will repeatedly walk all over me when I am desperately trying to sleep in, when she is hungry. If I manage to ignore her long enough, she then targets my bladder...

I hope you get the good word soon, @animemom ! Don't those resin boys know they are needed?

 

Thanks. I don't ask Donn anymore as it only makes him a liver when the day he says he'll ship one comes and goes. He doesn't mean to, just life, or weather or his health gets in way. So I just hope he can work on them a bit each week and one day they'll be on their way.

One of my new characters is heading home, so depending on how fast he can get done we will get a new story with him.

 

Oh, yes, cats sure know how to get what they want! Amazing how they are such good manipulators.

Now that I’m feeling better, I’m going to make those necklaces, and I should do Spades face up. Since I’m just using acrylic paint, weather isn’t an issue. Maybe I’ll do the hair first? That sounds much more fun!

 

@kurogane - Oh man he looks so effortlessly cool. Leather jackets are the way to go.

 

I agree, my Vince/Zane has a leather jacket as well.
