  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     4. I ordered mine the day it was available and only just got it today. People are still getting copies, it seems!

      The faceup and tattoo tutorials are GREAT--I've been inspired to jump back in with my airbrush. And I really liked the pieces on Anu and Hypermaniac. That's just a first-impression; there's lots of other great stuff in here.

    7. What I'm hoping is that they didn't send it by media mail for me dose anyone know what type of shipping was used cause if it's media mail I won't get it for a whole month and some days >_< I mean $5 for shipping at least by first class right?

    11. I worry too much. :sweat I got home after posting my worry above and guess what was in my mailbox? Yup. It arrived. For those wondering if you get a notice that it's been sent--you don't. It just shows up out of the blue.

    14. I got mine over the weekend, and agree with Green Judy - the interviews so far are great!!! And the workshop pics that come with the Anu article explain alot to me about her company - the interviews are already worth the cost of the book to me! Alex

    15. GOt mine yesterday- Wow very impressive- I stayed up very late reading. I love the tutorials, interviews. etc- but I am also really impressed by the backgrounds, and graphics. Very well done professional book- I would definitely buy any others that came out.

    16. Got book and boy on same day; how terribly handy. ^_^ I'm already planning to drag it right out to the copy shop on payday and make copies of all the wonderful patterns. So worth the wait, so worth all the love and work that went into it....

    17. Got mine too :) the back cover was bent in shipping not in my mail box which was large enough for it not too bad but it is a permanent thing, even though the envelope was fine. For the next book it definately needs a Hard thick insert larger than the book itself to prevent bending and a bubble envelope.

      The actual book is very cool! I loved the Mio article and very happy to get the pattern! the actual sewing looks like a fidley and detailed work though I might really have a go and end up with red eyes LOL...

      I also really enjoyed the hypermaniac article even though I already knew all the info there is always a bit to learn and I loved just having it there in a book in my hands and the photos of the dolls themselves.

      Being able to actually READ a book for a change, I so much wanted to read the unoa freak book. Its pretty frustrating with patterns when you can't read the japanese directions and are a real beginner on the sewing front.

      I thank all the contributors and I really love the cover art ! The photo article is really handy and I could go on.. so much info packed into the book.

    19. well basically, the better this book sells the more chance we'll have of doing another book! So, try to get your friends to order the book too so that we can do another.. (which through experience, would be even better than the first book!)

      I just got my two more copies today! one is for my friend at work who I've been slowly dragging into doll stuff. She may never buy a doll, but she wanted the book because of the beautiful photos when she saw mine.
