1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

?
  1. Too much.

  2. Thats a great idea! That's not too much at all!

  3. Meh, your choice. Do what you want.

  4. I don't know...I'd have to think about it.

    1. I voted for 'Do What You Like with Your Doll".

I asked my 5 boys if they are interested and all said NO! If it's serious NO, NO, NO!!!! If it's for fun and no obligations after the ceremony, then I can try to force 1 of them to participate. My reaction was .........the wedding cost! I'm not footing the bill for 5 couples, 5 wedding rings and who knows what other gifts we will have to shower on the bride! *_* (Just joking)

    2. If you have the time, it sounds like fun! =D

    3. i hope i don't sound like the silly one in the thread... but i see it in so many responses, how can you take a doll wedding too seriously? i'm relatively sure that most priests wouldn't do them if thats what is being implied.... just curious.

    4. I think as long as you don't hire a minister and have an actual ceremony where the dolls are seriously married then I think it's a fine idea.

    5. As long as you dont take it too seriously its a pretty creative idea and a nice theme for a doll meet.

    6. i think that it's an adorable idea. i mean, to me, BJDs are like my story characters. if they have lovers, i go with it, and if they want to get married, why not? i've written weddings for my fictional characters, so if my BJD characters wanted a wedding, i'd do it.

    7. I think that could work out perfectly, if you planned everything right and smart. Like slowly get the things you needed for a BJD wedding. It doesn't have to be huge and expensive if you don't choose for it to be. Make it simple and beautiful-no priest or anything else that would deem it a "real" wedding. That's what I'm doing for my future BJD couple.

    8. It could be a very fun idea!

    9. I would love to see the pictures, and would attend if I didn't live in the UK xD I'd probably not have a wedding for my dolls, (I don't think Kyoya and My will be that interested in each other, and Kaitlin is too small for Kyoya anyway cx ) but I would love to attend one.

    10. It is taken as seriously as all dolly play is (IMHO) I might dress my doll in ordinary everyday work clothes, but that doesn't imply that I will then be sending her out into the work place to earn her keep! LOL! ;)
