      * How was the communication?
      Excellent, before and after the pandemic. There is a wait in communication now but considering that it's one person and occasional helpers I've always been quite happy with their communication.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Quite easy, everything is done through PayPal, and their super flexible stance on layaways has been a enormous help for me to get some treasures I never could otherwise.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      Once BJDivas gets the shipment and checks all is correct with it their shipping is very fast. And they are quite quick in updating me with my tracking number.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      No one. My order of male bits was in pristine condition and Isak arrived without a scratch as well, with all of his fullset and extra goodies neatly packed in one box.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      There have been no real problems. Divas has been quite tolerant of my poking and questions.

      Oh yes, as long as they are in business I intend to order everything I can through them.

      I wanted the doll to be shipped directly from the seller to me instead of to the dealer, but this was no longer possible because Shoushou doll had too many orders. This increased the shipping time sadly. But patience paid off and now I have a great doll

      Yes if they offer nice dolls that are otherwise hard to purchase. Ordering from this dealer made everything so much easier. BJDivas is a very friendly and great dealer :)

      Yup. I am really thankful they were able to fulfill my request, even though I added to it later on. I ordered the A, B, and C heads at first then a month later, purchased the body with the A head. I also purchased some alpacas a few times and there were no problems at all.

    4. Your order for the Soul Doll Henry head was placed on September 20, 2020, and it was shipped to you on January 28, 2021. This is four months, not six months, and we shipped him separately to you. We were not holding onto him to ship him with your eyes, as we'd informed you via e-mail he had just come in and we had not had a chance to send out shipping notices yet. We got him out for you because you asked, but even if we had not, we would've asked you if you wanted him shipped first if you'd given us a chance to process the shipment normally. There were no updates prior to that because we do not send out updates to inform people that their order has not yet come in. Your website status for the order was automatically updated at each step. There's no way to reasonably update the status of orders when there has been no new information.

      Checking into our history of communication, initially, the longest that we took to get back to you was 2 business days. Longer gaps were due to waiting for company responses, such as waiting for Miracle Doll to provide the mailing address for you to send your color-matching sample to. Later, following the our team becoming short-staffed due to covid, which we explained to you and which you said you understood, the longest it took us to respond to your query was 5 business days. At no point did you have to "prod" us for updates, as we contact people when their orders come in. However, again, we don't contact people when there are no updates.

      As we'd also explained to you by e-mail, due to Covid and the winter holidays it takes a while for things to get scanned in. It was purely coincidence the tracking started moving the day after you messaged.

      What you don't mention at all about your order credit is that its source is from an order that you canceled. We allowed this cancellation and took on the burden of the lost cost ourselves because doll companies do not allow order cancellations. We then applied the funds you'd already paid towards your TianBa eyes order. You also don't mention the custom DF-A order you placed that went off without any issue.

      Regarding your final section, for future reference, this is what you describe as a "public temper tantrum". None of the images were doctored, the only edits were made to add the "Image #" captions. Our purpose in making the post was not to humiliate someone publicly, but rather to present an official statement after the individual in question would not cease exaggerating, misrepresenting and/or outright lying about the circumstances in as many platforms as possible. It's not our intent to humiliate others, however when libelous and misleading statements are made, we are sometimes forced to make the truth public. It is unfortunate that your friend has deceived and misled you, but everything that we have posted is true. While we understand that you're upset on behalf of your friend and felt the need to retaliate, we hope that you will recognize that our description of the events regarding your transactions are accurate.

      I could very well be confusing these times, though

      * How was the communication?
      Pretty great overall. There were a few instances where it seemed slower than the other correspondence I've had with them, but I was made aware of the illness and staffing issues happening at the time, and then going into 2020, the Pandemic affected this further.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Paying with Divas has literally been the best experience I've had with any merchant ever, honestly. I had ordered the Luts doll as a future gift for a friend and had asked for several months layaway. They divided the payments and sent invoices every time a payment was due
      Dollzone decided to discontinue several sculpts. I panicked and put Minas on a long layaway. I was late with some payments along the way, but they were extremely, and I mean EXTREMELY understanding and forgiving of my circumstances. My life went through a couple very surprising upheavals over the next year and a half. I finally escaped a lifelong abuse situation, and then six months after moving out on my own, while in college and on social assistance (struggling hand to mouth), the very few hours I was able to eek out at a part time job laid me off due to company wide shut down. Throughout all this happening, I kept having to stall payments. Bjdivas were literally the most gracious, kind, and understanding people ever. My GRAVITY order had been made when I had more income as well, and those payments were affected alongside Minas
      I moved in with my now wife in spring 2020, and was finally able to pay off my orders over the course of a few payments as we combined our income as a couple. Same thing done. I let them know I was to start payments and they sent invoices.
      The only "issue" that happened here was the computer sent repeats of the invoices, but they keep absolutely excellent track of all payments and it was cleared up after an email

      *How long did it take to ship?
      The Luts doll shipped a couple months after I finished payment, but Luts was working through a string of multiple events, and had most probably overextended themselves as is a famous fault of a lot of larger BJD companies.
      Minas shipped a couple months after my payment had finally finished. The extra wait was on DZ's end because of the stalled payments. Also probably extended a couple weeks because we were waiting for a cheque to come in for our fun money, as moving two households across two different directions in the region to a single household is extremely expensive.
      The Gravity heads took a bit, but the company (bjd Gravity) was starting to experience issues due to covid. I probably sent so many annoying "are they here yet" emails but they also responded with patience and grace, letting me know id be notified.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      My Minas head is a completely different resin shade.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      I let them know, in fact I was quite upset. Finally receiving this doll after all the huge and horrible life events I'd been through was utterly cathartic. Or so I hoped. Opening the box, I bawled. I wrote an angry post on a BJD group on Facebook, putting down both DZ and Divas. I emailed Divas about it and they were upset for me, too. They told me that unless anything feels broken, the head wrapping wasn't undone to check the head, usually, because of the general feeling in the hobby that for a middle man company to do so, it ruins the "opening process". Like, this rhetoric from our community is complete bull, but I understand why a company would abstain for doing something most of their customer base doesn't like.
      They immediately contacted DZ. DZ offered twenty dollars but they told DZ that that was unacceptable and DZ promised to send a new head. DZ did not keep their promise within the time frame and I was upset further, but not by Divas. DZ actually reached out to me on FB because they saw a post I made about how upset I was, and offered a free outfit and a new and short time frame. They delivered on this promise, but expect either Divas or me to pay for the shipping. I have not yet received the head and gift. More big events piled up and I honestly forgot about it, until three months into my third move since 2020, which was just a couple days ago, when I displayed my dolls. I'll email them soon to see what's up.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      If they have the company I need, I won't go anywhere else again. Even if I am to pay in full with no need of layaway, I'll still most likely use them out of loyalty. Their patience, understanding, and forgiving empathy was the first I've ever encountered at this level in a merchant. I actually thought business practices such as this were a myth.

      Yes, we had an issue with this order. I received the wrong doll. I received a Crazy Bear Doll Bear. Which covid-19 made it difficult as my state at the time didn't allow ship backs. My mom ended up paying for the Bear and after the layaway she had for Bear was paid for they finally sent my BeiBei. I was given opinions tho which were:
      1. Send back (which i couldn't do because of Covid-19)
      2. Cancel my BeiBei and they would refund me the difference in price.
      3. Keep and pay for Bear(which is what we did since me and my mom fell in love with Bear and i got to still get my corgi)

      Telesthesia & Dragon FeiHuaDeng fullset (which included 65cm doll, white resin, faceup, outfit, wig, painted ears, painted tail, plus high heel feet).

      * How was the communication?
      Communication was excellent in regard to this entire order. Exceeded expectations, in fact, because this order ended up becoming complicated due to Telesthesia (just, as a company) and Covid-19. I worked out a layaway (BJDivas were very accommodating and I was able to pay it off within about 7 months). However, Covid-19 started up in China right around that time and heavily impacted everything. I believe Telesthesia and other doll companies were closed for extended periods due to enforced lockdowns in China. Later, once things began opening up again/resolving to a degree, Telesthesia was slow to respond to BJDivas, but eventually informed that they could not fulfill the fullset outfit portion.

      BJDivas were able to negotiate with TD to, in lieu of the outfit, include high heel legs. (Hero's work.) Then, TD fell off the radar for several months. In the summer of 2020 I inquired again, and BJDivas checked with TD who said they would ship the doll shortly (but TD did not stick to this, which brought me confusion at the time. I pressed BJDivas for an explanation with a comparison to another order from TD that I'd received within the timeframe from a separate dealer based in China. Even in the face of my ignorance, BJDivas responded with kindness and provided a more than adequate explanation as to why Telesthesia was taking longer to ship to the US.

      I'm extremely grateful for the explanation I received, as it cleared up everything and further cemented me as a loyal customer of their service. I've received much shorter and/or confused responses from other dealers, or worse - complete nonsense from some doll companies, but that was not the case at all with BJDivas. <3

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Fantastically easy. BJDivas set up a layaway in PayPal for me and I was able to add to it at any time.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      FeiHuaDeng was shipped shortly after arriving at BJDivas, however USPS was slow on their part to collect the order and further messing around with USPS was involved, however that was due to where I lived at the time (my area code was serviced by an extremely bad USPS office).

      No, everything had been checked and arrived safely packed and in perfect condition.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      BJDivas handled this chaotic order across a pandemic with kindness and grace. I couldn't recommend them more.

      Absolutely, I have other orders I'm awaiting and a layaway I'm paying down the balance for right now.

      BJDivas always responded when I had inquiries.

      * How long did it take to ship? Ordered: 4/5/2018, shipped: 6/15/2018, so—2 months? Which is impossibly expedient for anything that's ever ordered from Dollshe. These days I would expect to be in for a 2+years wait for the same head, if I were to ever receive it at all. Dollshe's practically running a ponzi scheme at this point, and would never feel safe ordering directly from him. I only would order through a dealer like BJDivas, who would have my back. Dollshe otherwise is trying hard to screw his buyers over.
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? Nope, everything was in order and in perfect condition upon arrival.
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? No problems at all! Again, BJDivas were wonderful with getting the order filled and shipped out, and I feel fortunate about that.

      Big thing of note that I feel needs addressing: I do feel guilty with having to burden them with being the middleman dealing with Dollshe the whole while. He's become vile to communicate and deal with, throwing others under the bus for his own shortcomings and incompetence. It's alarming that there isn't a warning post about purchasing from Dollshe here on DOA anywhere. Too many people dealing with orders not being filled for 3+years at this point, while Dollshe's still putting up preorders for prototype 3D models that don't even have physical copies made yet. Honestly, it's a crime that Dollshe isn't being called out for his bad behavior, and more people are putting down money for doll they aren't likely to ever receive.

      From BJDivas? An absolute yes. Even during this time of Covidiots they filled my orders (OT purchases) in a timely fashion (USPS has especially become swamped since the pandemic began, and BJDivas did what they could to keep on top of things), and were in perfect order upon receiving. If somebody is sensible, patient, and in need of a long term layaway option is looking for a dealer to get their dream bjd through, then BJDivas would be the perfect option. For the impatient, pushy, demanding individuals who believe that tired old addage the customer is always right—maybe try DolkUSA out instead:kitty2

I definitely can't afford an ID75 in a single payment, and also had other layaways already in place (financially preventing me from putting large chunks of money on Lim at the outset). So, I reached out to BJDivas and they were able to sponsor this layaway! I knew going in that the price would ultimately be higher, but the divide was either 'a higher price, or no doll' so I'm very content with the higher price. Everything was clearly listed out and I agreed to the terms, and the layaway is in place.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      I don't expect Soom to ship Lim for another several months, and hope to conclude my layaway ahead of him being finished and ready to ship.

      N/A (and, as Soom is outside of partnered companies, there are limits on what might be done in the event of a problem - but I fully trust that BJDivas would follow up if they receive Lim with any breaks or other issues).

      Happily! I'm very grateful that BJDivas is in business, and that they maintain a business model that allows for long layaways. It enables more of us to actively engage in this hobby. That, to my mind, is priceless.

The first three I ordered myself, the fourth my loving S.O. ordered as a gift for me, however she doesn't have a DoA acount so copying her review here for her.

They had in fact sent me another doll I had ordered that also had came in September. They sent out my blue boy to join my green one and also sent me a free gift of a doll wig as a we're sorry gift.

      Black Dragon Human Version, blank, in French Black on the B-B73-03 (2-part) body. Along with Black Jointed hands from Doll Legand I ordered these on a year layaway.

      I paid him off a little early he was shipped out early Nov, and I got him on 11/18/2021
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      Nothing missing, how ever Doll Legend still has not finished the jointed hands I am told I will be contacted as soon as they come in. This is not on BJDivas, Doll Legend seems to have gone under save for making the orders people are still waiting on.
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      No problems on the LoongSoul doll. My only issues is not trusting Doll Legend to make my hands, but as with another hand order through a different dealer I am giving Doll Legend a little longer to make my hands.
      * Would you order from this company again?
      BJDivas yes, and have. I would think about ordering another Loongsoul doll someday, Doll Legend not so much, but then they are I think mostly out of business save for filling out orders.
