  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I'm supposed to be saving up for my big trip to Scotland (Hogmanay, yay!) but that's months away yet, and I'm so sorely tempted by the limited edition BlueBlood Valentine. I've read other posts advising not to wait too long - 'limited' means just that! My other two boys I purchased second-hand, so this would also be my first brand-spanking new out of the box doll, which makes it all the more tempting. For a first time new purchase, BlueBlood sounds the most stress-and-hassle-free way to go. Decisions, decisions!

    3. I am so tempted to go ahead and put Valentine on layaway and mention it to my husband later, but I have a feeling he'd be really upset with me if I did that.... I really really want Valentine though and I am afraid if I wait too long I won't be able to get him. Decisions decisions! I just need to figure out a way to make some money. :)

I for one couldn't agree more these guys stand well, pose well and hold any pose they are put in and the cap on head is so smooth and seamless if you wanted a bald guy you could do it with these, but they are so pretty in wigs. :D I am so excited about getting my boy plus the second one asap. I couldn't think of a better way to round out my collection and say I am done adding more then these two I picked from BBD.

    8. So, I have finally aquired another BJD, one by Luts. I can truly tell the difference between the resins now. And I must say that the Blue Blood resin is so much more sensual. It has a glow to it that really is attractive. The skin has a tonality that makes it more real. I'm once again very happy I have one of these boys, and am looking forward to my Special Valentine's arrival.

    9. Nothing against Luts as they make some lovely dolls, but I never got any to pose for me as well as these guys and I must say I am happy I decided to get my boys from Medusa. The woman is wonderful to work with and I can't say enough good things about her and her wonderful boys.

    10. I'd have to agree with you all.

      My boy Evan (waltz) was my first BJD, and I was rather disappointed when I got my dolls from other companies, the resin just wasn't the same as Evan's.

I am really looking forward to october, i am hoping that my husband will order me the Silver blue blood doll, (AKA Hyde) because he is absolutely gorgeous, then i saw Valentine, he is so striking, but he is unavailable right now. I already said one price to my husband and Valentine may have to wait. But i CANNOT wait to get Silver, I have everything picked out and i am just too excited.

    12. Valentine/Ayame is here and Medusa once again did an amazing job. Pics very soon will post one here and rest in Gallery. He even has a little niece. I am having his back story he rescued his niece from his sister's in-laws when his sister died in a car accident that seems to him very odd. He has created new identities for them both and moved them hopefully from the family's powerful reach to a small town in IL. Where he will work from their new home and she will be home schooled. Something very common around here.
      Ayame and his niece, Sasami will be very happy & safe here.

God, I wish I could gather the last funds for my Valentine faster... payments are great (because they keep me off the credit card) but oh, so painful to wait.

    14. She pretty much did them this way. Not sure if it's to keep him unique from when she just releases Valentine as one of her boys or what. But it is why I thought of him as Russian. I was going to do 3 months on him but I sold a few things so paid him off sooner. Esp. glad he arrived before my trip so we could get acquainted before I leave. Can only take 1 of my small dolls with due to plane and limits. So will miss all my big and small ones that have to stay home.
