Brava Bambi (Bambicrony) Discussion Part 1

Oh my, I cross my fingers for all of you that must wait so long hopefully it will solve soon!

bronzephoenix, I noticed Yoon answered your question on the Q&A board. Hopefully it was good news for you.

Yoon did answer my question. She said the boots were scheduled to arrive today so my order should be shipped out on Monday. Hopefully that will be the case. She did say it was just the boots holding everything up and the white boots on the website are on backorder as well. So, if everything ships out on Monday, it will be a total wait time for me of about 2 1/2 months for the full-set, a tan Yo and a head which isn't bad at all.

 

Ohhh, Yentl is so pretty! When I'm ready to buy, it'll be really hard to choose between Emily and Sunday.

 

Bad news for anyone planning to try and get a refund for the shoes and get their Ellen fullsetss sooner... I asked if I could get the $45 or receive that much in in-stock items, and here was the reply:

"Thank you so much for your patience. The price of our full set was set excluding profit from selling wig, outfit, shoes and face-up. The normal price of it should be around $530. We urge the factory to deliver the boots everyday. I believe you'll soon hear good news about shipping."

Again I am really unsure what the message means, other than they don't want to give me $45 for the shoes that have me waiting. I just have to wait. I've waited twice the number of working days listed on the site... But it looks like the answer is "too bad!"

 

bronzephoenix, I think that means you are going to be getting your Ellen shipped out soon. For what it is worth, Yoon answered my question yesterday and said the boots were scheduled to arrive today. This was different from when she said the boots were supposed to arrive the next week. So, I thought maybe she actually had some sort of shipping confirmation to know the specific day they would be arriving. She said my order, would be shipping out on Monday.

I understand how frustrated she must be by the factory, but it just sounded like this time she knew exactly when the boot order was going to arrive. So, I am thinking your good news is that your Ellen will be shipping very soon.

Update: Yeah! I checked my order status and it is now "before shipping". At least it is progress, lol.

 

So excited! My adorable Isabelle came a few days ago. It was so fun having her here over the Thanksgiving holiday. I had time to give her a faceup. I wanted to dress her something fancy for her introduction.



Isabelle's body is so much better behaved than J-na's. I wonder if Bambicrony improved it? Anyway, Isabelle poses like a dream! I so love my precious baby!

Jay, your Isabelle is lovely! Before I saw your name I was thinking "wow that person did a beautiful faceup, looks just like a Jay Searle one!" LOL!!!

I can feel everyone's frustration as I'm still waiting on the replacement thigh part for my Emily. She has been here three weeks now and is still in pieces in her box. Yoon promised that the leg part would be sent straight away but so far it hasn't arrived. I wrote again to her on the Q&A board about a week ago and although all the other questions before and after mine were answered, mine wasn't. So I wrote again yesterday, and am hoping that it will be answered tomorrow.

I feel so sad because I think I'm jinxed when it comes to this darn doll!

Jay your Isabelle is just gorgeous! I love that sculpt, it is so different from the other Ellen/Emily/Grace girls, who are adorable don't get me wrong, I've been eying them for months now.

LOL Marion, your cats are beautiful, they are so photogenic too.....and Yentl doesn't look the least alarmed that there is a giant cat behind her!!!

 

He looks like her guardian! I had a Himalayan when I was a little girl also.

 

Yeaaah, finally I got a response from Yoon! My leg part for Emily was shipped today via EMS so should be here within a week! I hope it gets here safely and I can put her back together again and finally put her with my other kids. And I know this isn't the right thread but I thought I'd quickly mention that Emily's little sister, Caio Bella Mae, has also been shipped today, so Emily will be 'reunited' with her soon!!

 

That's great Sharon! Can't wait to see your Mae. Hopefully the new leg part will help your Emily stand better.

My order still says "before shipping". I left a question on the Q&A board for Yoon to see if the boots have arrived. Seems a shame I can't get at least my tan Mae now. I would love it if she would be willing to at least send the dolls and the clothing I ordered now and the full-set clothing later.

 

My girls didn't want to have traditional outfits for Christmas so i made them these ones. They are still waiting for their little sister (Tan Mae) I'm going to make her a little Tinkerbell outfit in the hope she can soon be in the picture too.

Yay! I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER for my Tan Ellen, Marion and Mae!!!!!! Yay!!!!!!!!

 

Congratulations guls I glad it worked out for you.

I'm still waiting for my tan Ellen, tan Mae, and Katherine that I ordered in September. Yoon promised she would send out my order by Friday even if the boots were not in. There has been no change in my status. bronzephoenix is still waiting on her tan Ellen from August.

If my orders do not ship by the end of the day on Monday, I am starting chargeback procedures with my credit card company.
