thank you, thank you, thank you! i love him . seeing your photos really helps me know i made a good choice. i bought a pair of 18mm eyes because i loved the color and was hoping that larger eyes would work with this doll. glad to hear they will! he is so cute. i need to think of a name for mine!
my kuggi arrived today! they did a perfect job modifying so she is now a girl. she is very cute. if i ever figure out how to post photos i will. i had some pretty droprop eyes ready but they dont fit well into the socket and there is a little gap. i tried a few more pairs and i found that the masterpiece and soom eyes i had fit much better but they arent the color i wanted so i will eventually hunt for eyes for her. now i need to find a name, i thought ashling til she came but i think she needs a more mischevious name now that i have her. im very happy with how quick buddydoll was, how sturdy she is and how cute. i love the little impish face! maybe i will call her imp.....
I am having problems with the eyes too I was only thinking yesterday Soom would be nice ...at the momment I have a pair of 16mm green glass and he isnt too bad ...but I want to bevel out the back of his eyes so he can wear 18mm glass that I have bought him but they are great dolls arnt they ...so much character
how would you bevel the eye?? i would love to use my droprop eyes but i might be too chicken to modify too much and buy some sooms in another color, the ones i have are green they are pretty but my pipos has green eyes too and i i didnt want matchy eyes. i am very pleased with how she turned out though, she stands up well and is nice and solid. i like her face up too plus the modify is seamless and you cannot tell that it was modified. now i need clothes. i thought maybe pooka or sprite for a name but pooka is one of my cats nicknames. i am suprised at how hard i find naming to be, i thought it would be the easiest part
