Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     7. I know we're carrying them at our store now ( Featherfall ) , but we don't have any Mars to do comparisons - the one we had here sold the same day we got him, so we didnt' get to do comparison pics. Should've!

      The hands didn't strike me as particularly large though - but maybe thats' because the only 70cm boys we have are DZ - and they're hands are fairly manly. He did feel lighter than the DZ boys though.

      We should be placing an order in mid November though, so I can do some comparisons. Anything else people are curious about?

Buddydolls ARE extremely lightweight... because their resin is thin. they are beautiful though and they pose amzingly, you just gotta be careful with them, unlike DOD or Dollzone or any other company ive seen in person.... Theyre not as resilient to breakage, so you gotta make sure you don't live in a house where things get broken often.

      thin resin, makes for easier handling due to less weight, but is fragile.
      Still, these dolls are beautiful!

      the size and chest sculpt and he looks like he's pale like Dollshe (and I heard the Minimee
      resin is a good match with those...)

      The only thing is...I'm not liking are those *hands*...ew! :barf

      It's like they're the wrong hand for that body...they're even sucked up into the
      forearm like they don't fit - there's no wrist joint and they're just way too small.
      I wonder if a Dollshe hand would work on that body?

      Other than that, I realllllly like the sculpt...that CHEST! ...the legs, thighs etc. I wish we had more

    12. Wow he's gorgeous. That really helped, thanks! He has an amazing profile and that face-up is incredible IRL. Is he NS or WS? (don't remember if there's an option for that)

      But it just reinforces my preference for less shiny bods, but that's up to individual taste. Too bad though, it's a magnificent body and poses beautifully. I may reconsider it.

    13. Hydra Kitten: Shiny body bothered me at first, but at the moment, I have a shiny body boy (Ian/Lati Oracle M) and most of the time, he's clothed, so it doesn't bother me that much. ^^ And there are always other alternative to make it less shiny...you can sand it down or spray MSC on it. ;)

      If DoT resin matches Buddydolls' resin, will DoT hands fit on Buddydolls body as well?

    20. BTW - In hiem's arrival thread with her Mars -- the hands look like they're attached differently than shown in the promo pix. There's definitely a wrist ball there.
