  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. I'm strangely obsessed with angry/moody looking dolls even though I can't stand moody,bitchy people in real life (and I'm one of them...). :sweat That's why my first doll was my Souldoll Hye, she just has that bitch face I so much love lol. Looking over my wishlist, there are dolls of both extremes though, on the moody side there are Elfdoll Yumi,Dollshe Saint,the Doll Chateaus and Supia Rosy and on the "cutesy" side there are the Dollfie Dreams.

    5. I really like dolls that have elf ears. Almost all the ones I want have elf ears. I don't know why I guess its because it just adds a little something extra to the doll, rather then just having an average human looking doll.

I do believe that the sentiment of excessive or unhealthy obsession or preoccupation with something was the origin of the word "otaku" in Japan, and pretty much its meaning until it was adopted here to mean something more like the word "fan". Fetish does have a shamanistic meaning, but yeah there's a bit too much of a sexual connotationto use it to just mean preferences. Although, I'm sure that *flavor* of meaning might really apply to some in the hobby!
