1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Celebrities That Inspired Your Doll

Oct 3, 2019

    1. Been playing with the idea of getting some Luts Model Delfs and making a K-pop group with them. Trying not to commit to any specific people, but BTS and Super Junior are definitely my main inspirations.

I just have a bunch of other dolls I want to get first...

    2. I'd love to eventually make a doll with a visual kei style, I've always been fascinated by it ever since I was younger

oh wow fei ren is so pretty, she does look a lot like Liu, good choice I'm excited to see the turnout !

I want to make a little k-pop group too haha, I'm just going to need to save up a whole lot beforehand, and aww I love super junior, they're so goofy they'd make a good inspiration for some dolls

    3. There's so much style in the scene it's hard to resist wanting to put it on dolls! I've had my doll cosplay as two different band members I had the chance of meeting and they loved it and I got a bit of attention for my hard work which was a nice bonus :XD:

    4. While a handful of characteristics stem from me or are completely unique, Scarlet owes much of everything to Taylor Swift; she simply wouldn't exist otherwise. From sculpt, to hair, to eyes, I invested an embarrassing amount of time to make her as visually accurate as possible. Wardrobe picks are always things that align with both Taylor's fashion sense as well as my own.

To be honest, I just refer to her as Taylor at this point. It's not that the aspect of Scarlet as a character doesn't matter any longer; the screenplay she belongs to is a personal work I have total faith in, nor will I ever stop trying to get it green-lit. It's just that the doll has transcended to include so much more.

There's something awfully special and comforting about having the person and artist you admire most close by in some tangible fashion, even though it can never replace the real thing.

    5. @Suki-ru you're so lucky omg, I'm glad they appreciated your hard work !!

you definitely did a great job and the sculpt you chose is strikingly similar to Taylor's features. You pick such great outfits for her as well. It's so sweet to learn the deeper meanings behind peoples dolls :)
