Hi all, I don't really see much Cherry Castle dolls around so just thought I'd share some pictures and reviews of my Strawberry boy (2017)! I'll summarize the post here but the full post (and more photos) can be found on my blog (links at the end of this post)! The Good Cute!! Cherry Castle have very adorable sculpts! A little tightly strung but poses right out of the box. I didn't have to restring him. My boy shipped in about 1 month. Gotta love the wooden box and pouch the doll came in. Communication went well with both the Chinese dealer I ordered from and Cherry Castle who was accommodating enough to let me add on to my order placed through the dealer afterwards. The Bad Communication was in Chinese; English dealers are few and far between?? Forehead is a tad taller than most (kinda egg-shaped like you guys mentioned) but it worked well for my boy with just the right amount of extra space for both his hair and headband! Shoddy work with his butt crack LOL; I ended up sanding it myself. The weird thing was that my boy didn't have seams so if they bothered to sand the seams I don't know why they couldn't be bothered to sand his butt crack too LOL. Not sure if it's just my boy though. I can't be sure but he has a... "lady slit" in his nether region. (꒪⌓꒪)? I purchased a Strawberry 27 cm doll (fullset) from Legend Doll and she arrived today! To keep things sweet and simple, she is very lovely: All her joints are fine and her head is fine. She poses very well. She's simply cute.
