1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Clothing for the new Dollshe DSAM boys?

May 24, 2009

    1. I just recieved my 18 boy - does anyone know if thier feet are the same size as the 32? They seem HUGE to me and my sd 13 shoes dont go anywhere near fitting him.

    2. i am also curious about clothing for the 18

    3. Luts Super Senior Delf Measurements vs (DSAM32)
      (matches in bold)

      Girth of head 22 cm
      (21.5)
      Girth of neck 10.5 cm
      (11)
Girth of chest 31 cm (28)
Girth of waist 23.5 cm (21.5)
      Girth of hips 28.5 cm
      (28)
Width of shoulders 16 cm (15)
      Length shoulder - wrist 21 cm (23)
Girth of wrist 7 cm (6.5)
Length of back 15 cm (17)
Length of hip - ankle 38 cm (40)
Girth of ankle 9 cm (9)
      Foot 9.5 cm (9.5)

I think it's safe to say that DSAM can fit SSDF shoes :daisy

    4. DS18M measurements vs. (Dollmore Model Doll)
      (matches in Bold)

      height 70.5 cm (71)
      head circumference 22 cm (21.5)
      neck circumference 11 cm (11)
      shoulder width 15 cm (16)
      back length 18 cm
      chest circumference 27 cm (26 - 26.8 thicker body)
      waist circumference 19.5 cm (19.5)
      hip circumference 26.2 cm (26)
      arm length 25 cm
      wrist circumference 6.5 cm
      leg length 40 cm (41)
      Ankle circumference 7.5 cm
      foot length 9.8 cm

Seems like very unique measurements! I'd stick with Model doll/Old dollshe (hound etc.) tees and tanks. And custom make sleeved shirts and jackets - and pants.

For shoes - Glamor model foot length is 10cm. However... ankle of DS18M is slim! Super Senior delf shoes might work better just check inner length of the shoes to be 11cm or more.

    5. I have ordered some ssdf shoes so will report on fit. I can report that souldoll zenith trousers are too large in waist, and sd17 also

    6. Still frustrated in my search for more clothes that will fit this guy. The Soom Mecha Angel button down shirt I had was too baggy around the torso, slightly too long in the arm and way too big at the collar. I recently ordered a Super Senior Delf sized button down shirt from Sadol and it is too baggy around the torso (and needs another button near the bottom), too short in the arms, needed a little more ease in the shoulders, but the collar fit perfectly. Since my guy is wearing a suit that is a touch long in the arms, I figured it was still better than the MA shirt. He's also got a Dollmore Glamour Model overcoat that is so baggy he can wear it over his suit, which is fine, but it looks really sloppy when it's buttoned up. I wish Dollshe was capable of multi-tasking!! The clothes they put out for the 18 body would be just fine with me if they'd just make DSAM32 versions!

    7. I would like to add that I bought boots for dollmore model doll (length : 11cm, width : 4.3cm) and they fit DSAM nicely. Also, the pants for dollmore glamour model fit DSAM.

So far, I haven't had luck finding shirts... So custom ones have to be made.

    8. i put the DSAM32 into an all "Dollmore Model outfit" that i had, including the boots. everything fit perfectly.

    9. Do you happen to have a photo of him in this? Forgive me if I'm skeptical, but I have always been disappointed in my Dollmore purchases so I'd hate to get burned yet again.

    10. Bump up this thread... I need some clothing advise for a possible DSAM purchase... :)

    11. There's another thread with more current (2013) posts. Hope this helps!

    12. i bought 70cm suits from alice collectables website (acbjd.com) and they fit my saint perfectly <though the pants are a tight fit <looks like skinny suit on him
the shirt on the other side is slightly tight on his waist but can still fit.
the dollmore model size suit fits too but the pants is tooo loose, i didn't like it>
