      They answered to my question about delivery after a day. Then, I had no need to write them again.

      Easy, I paid by paypal, my payment was confirmed the next day.

      * How long did it take to ship?

      They told me they would have shipped the body after a month, but it took only ten days to be sent and a week more to arrive home.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      Yes, I think so.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?

      It's ok, and it has nothing wrong.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?

      Definitely, and the shipping was very fast.

      * How was the communication? - I didn't really have to communicate with them for anything.

      * How long did it take to ship? - the head shipped on the 24th of December and arrived today, 29th December.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? - Yup, the resin feels pretty firm (not thin or flimsy) and it fits perfectly on my Luts SDF body.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? - Hard to say since the pictures were of Yeon Ho with a face up. But over all the head looks the same (same facial expression and eye size and all)
      * Were you satisfied with the product? - Very satisfied.

      * How was the communication? Fine I guess. They did send me a shipping notice for him. There wasn't any other need to communicate. I did notice that when the box came, there was no paperwork or label to indicate it was Crobidoll, so you either had to know the shipping number to match up or else check the little card inside with the doll to make sure which it was. This is only likely to be a problem if you're like me and tend to have a lot of boxes coming at one time while you're away so you get mixed up. Stil, it was weird that they didn't have more labels or paperwork as doll companies almost always have their name on the box at least.

      * How easy was it to pay? Easy, I just used CC Paypal as always

      * How long did it take to ship? About a month

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Sure, it was OK

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Faceup looked slightly different but not enough different to be an issue. Could have been how photos were taken.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A

      * Would you order from this company again? I would order one more time from them to get my Crobidoll Yeon-Ho. I'm a little nervous of dealing with this company based on some past reports, but for Yeon-Ho on a Crobi body rather than Dreaming Doll body, I'll risk it.

      Very. The clothes were well put together with good fabric, the faceup was done better than the promo pics.

They offered me a new leg part to replace his broken one-- actually it just came in today, I had no notification of it. I was never charged for the new part or shipping. :]
