      * How long did it take to ship? It was shipped like three days after I ordered (a doll!) and it arrived by the end of the week.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Absolutely.

      How long did it take to ship?: It shipped on December 11th, so eight days total.
      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?: Yes. He's well sculpted and the resin is smooth and seems very thick/strong.

      * How easy was it to pay? Really easy with Paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship? Well, like it was an special ocation (last Thor order), they shipped next day I ordered and paid and my package only took 8 days to get here :o
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Absolutly! The only thing I have to say is that nose of my second Thor is more rounded in the tip than my first Thor's nose, so they are definitly different. It's not something that bothers me, actually I find really special that my twins have a little difference in the sculpt, but I just wanted to tell you about it.

      A month. However, our address was torn off and it was another month before we received him.

      Yes. I am very, very pleased with my baby.

      My only complaint about CrobiDoll was that, after my boy’s tracking status hadn’t been updated for a week (it said he was still in Customs), we contacted them and described the situation. Crobi’s answer was that, since it was neither their fault nor the delivery service’s fault, they could not refund our money nor send another doll. We informed them that Customs had told us they could not find the package, and the answer was still the same.

      Obviously, the situation turned sunnyside up again by a stroke of luck – but by no means did CrobiDoll assist us. Either way, I am very happy that we ordered from them.

      * How was the communication? Rather frustrating for me. I wanted to pay using credit card via paygate however I could not properly fill the space provided. My credit card has 16 digits however I they only allowed 15 digits. I told them about this problem and they said to contact my credit card company to resolve it. I told them I had used it many times, with the same credit card number and I even provided a screen cap. They just told me that they could not help me because they do not have anything to do with my credit card. In the end I registered a paypal account just to settle it. Unsure if anyone has come across this problem.
      * How easy was it to pay? With paypal, yes. With credit card via paygate, NO.
      * How long did it take to ship? The next day after I ordered.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Oh yes, crobi has such wonderful wigs. Their fiber wigs are so soft and their mohair ones are so thick.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Oh yes, however the mohair wig was thicker than the sales picture.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Absolutely. :D
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? I was glad enough they tried to resolve my problem but in the end it wasn't =_=..

      How long did it take to ship? Shipped on 31st (of December), Arrived today (January 6th)
      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Alittle on the pricey side, but he was worth it, absolutely gorgeous. The wig is excellent, absolutely worth what I paid.
      Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, better in fact since the crobidoll pictures where alittle dark and I didn't notice he was sparkly.
      Were you satisfied with the product? Extremely, I'm thrilled with him.

      Four weeks. Too bad it took another 12 weeks because the mail lost him and sent him back when they found him.

      I think so. The doll looks great, the wig is really soft and the coat is really well made.

      The items shipped on the second day. Reached Singapore by 4th March. So I'd say pretty fast.

      The price of $9 was alright for the acrylic eyes. Wigs were around $27 and were of high quality and with the tag Made in Korea. CB charges a little higher imo but their stuff does look well made.

      Easy. I was confused for a moment because they didn't have a one-click paypal checkout on their site like some other companies have, instead there's just their paypal address provided for you to send payment to.

      Not long at all. I ordered 1/27/10 (on a Saturday), the tracking says my package was shipped 3/4/10, and I received my order today, 3/8/10.

      I found the price was steep for a MSD wig, the quality is normal.

      NO. I ordered 2 same type and same style wigs in 2 different colours. One of the wig is correct but the other one is wrong, it has the wrong size and style.

      Update! - On 29th March, unexpectedly I received a brand new wig! The correct style, color and size!!
      I emailed them shortly, asking if I need to return the wrong wig, the customer service officer was very polite and apologized for the inconvenience caused and said to keep the wigs! They are happy that I love the new wig. I am impressed by their service recovery! :)

      I was saticfied with all but one. The item OF1008NV (Skinny Jean Navy) did not fit my lance at all.

      They did not. They have basically called me a liar, saying that since the pants fit my lance while he is standing, that there is nothing wrong with them. However when I pose my lance in a sitting position the pants pop open and come down off his butt. I informed crobidoll of this, and they merely said that the pants were stretching and to pull them to get them on right. I have tried, and they will not give while my lance is sitting.

      Crobidoll requested I send the pants back, paying the shipping fee, so they can test the pants, and they said if they found nothing wrong they would send the pants back after I payed the shipping fee AGAIN.

      I will not order anymore pants from them since it seems there pants measurments are off. I am saticfied with everything else and will order other items from them.

      The wig CRWL-13 Mellow Cream, 9-10 inch I received was the wrong size.

      There was no lack of communication on Crobi's part. Their replies were polite and they were willing to see what they can do about it at first, but as it's technically impossible for me to have gotten the wrong size they couldn't do anymore to help me.

      They did not skirt the issue and dealt with it firsthand so they did try but... I would be lying if I said that I was satisfied with the result. The outcome is that the wig does not fit the doll and it doesn't change that fact no matter how wonderful the customer service is.

      Sadly, no. As I feel that the item is misrepresented and not as advertised so am unwilling to take that risk again.
