Yeon-ho full doll, 2 wigs, jeans and a shirt.

* When did you order?
-I ordered the doll and clothes at the beginning of June.
-I ordered each wig separately, both around mid-June.

* Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer?
Directly from the company.

* How was the communication?
Overall, quite good! It was my first time buying a doll, so i asked a lot of Questions in their Q&A and they replied very quickly and were very helpful. They also sent payment details and delivery info to my email, which was very nice
However their English was a little difficult to understand at times, and you need to post a new topic for each query.

* How easy was it to pay?
I used Paypal, so it was quite easy. Simply sent the money to their email address (and double-checked on Q&A if the money was recieved, just to be safe)

* How long did it take to ship?
The doll took approximately one month to make and send.
After i recieved the email telling me the wigs (and then later, the doll) were being delivered it usually took about 5 days for them to arrive, which was a lot faster than i expected so i was very pleased!

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
I think so. The doll just arrived today, and it's in good condition and looks beautiful.
I'm particularly happy with the wigs, i think they were relatively cheap for such a good quality material.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes, the doll does.
The clothes and wigs look slightly different in design and colour, but are still close enough to the pictures that i'm happy with them.

Yes, very much.

Quality was nice but it would be nice if it came in the right size.

One wig yes, the other, not really.

They're both pretty and nice quality but one wig is the wrong size. It doesn't fit well on a KDF Bory (slides right on and off) and refuses to go on a Luts JDF Summer 2 head or a DD Aoi. The wig cap measures 8 inches, but this is supposed to be a 9-10 wig.

I do commissions and see a lot of resin. My Jerome's resin is a great color, texture and is so dense. I really love it. The wig and eyes are great quality for their low price.

One of his eyes is slightly more open than the other, but it's not extremely noticeable, and I, personally, don't mind it. I really love the wig, it's so soft and fluffy, and the shirt is very well made as well.

No, personally I think the Nia in the sales pictures looks a lot more youthful than the one I received, though I can't pin exactly what makes him look that way. My Nia also doesn't seem to have the cute smile he's shown with, and the lips of his faceup are a little darker and filled out a little too much for my liking ;.;

How was the communication?
Amazing, truly amazing. They answered every question I had at most the day after I posted it, and filled every request I had down to eye color choice and ear piercing. I also changed my mind about wig color twice and the accommodated it without a fuss!

39 calendar days, 26 working days. (five of them being a Korean holiday! * u *)

Very nice. I had a problem with payment, and they answering my question right away.

I originally tried to pay with credit card by Paygate, but the site had apparently gone down. When it finally loaded, my credit card was rejected. So, I had to wait a few days so I could pay by Paypal from my checking account. I asked them if it was okay to switch payment methods, and they said it was fine. When I finally paid, I got a quick confirmation. (Now, I would recommend payment with Paypal.)

* How long did it take to ship?
It was incredibly fast! My Nia and his accessories arrived on November 9th, exactly three weeks from when I paid!! THREE WEEKS!

Yes, Nis is so lovely, and his face-up is beautiful! It's also a very well-made wig and handsome shoes.

Communication was excellent! I asked a few questions and something went wrong with my paypal, I had lost the confirmation page. However they were still about to fix the transaction for me.

Very easy, except for those few complications.

It took the full forty calendar days, give or take a two days. It arrived the monday after the 40th day.

I bought a pair of shoes which, I personally think was a ridiculous price considering the size of them.
