      Yes. I love my Nao.

      About 4 days. The waiting time on the other hand took about 4 weeks, I think.

      Yes. Definitely. Yeon-ho is a dream to work with c:

      Almost like the sales pic. I've noticed that they have used glitter for Yeon-ho faceup, which probably wasn't captured by the camera

      Yes. But they forgot to send the shoes. And they forgot to pierce his ears.

      They've sent it seperately, free of charge! I've decided to ignore the ear piercing problem

      How was the communication?
      A+++ They always got back to me promptly after I left a message on their Q&A board. I asked them to clarify something about the school uniform (they mentioned it was too tight for R-Line bodies) and they were completely honest and told me that in the promo photos, it's covered by the jacket so you can't see. I also asked them to combine orders for me twice, and they did so flawlessly--I got everything I ordered.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Easy, I used Paypal.

      How long did it take to ship?
      I had to wait 30 days because the school uniform was pre-order, then it took about a week to arrive with EMS because of the New Year delays. Received my order on Jan 10th.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, the doll's faceup was very nicely done and it wasn't rushed, even though I ordered during an event. The clothes have amazing detail and are of great quality, same with the wigs.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      The doll didn't really look like the sales pictures, but I prefer how it looks in real life. The wig colour was a lot more yellow in real life but that's my computer setting problem. The clothes looked way better in real life.

      Very satisfied =)

      Yes, the doll is really cute and I'm very satisfied with the quality of said doll, its face-up, wig and clothes.

      Very nice! Crobidoll was extremely friendly and very helpful when replying to the questions I posted on their Q&A board; I also promptly received emails confirming my order and informing me that my order had shipped.

      Fairly easy, paid with Paypal.

      Surprisingly, it shipped later that night! I was delighted. ^^

      Yes, all the items are very nice quality.

      Excellent. They answered all the questions and queries I had through Q&A within a day. They didn't hesitate to change my order for a pair of eyes even after payment, which I found surprisingly nice.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Quick and easy, via Paypal.

      How long did it take to ship?
      My items arrived to my doorstep on Jan 17th. Actual shipping time was 4 days.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      A very big yes! Tei had a beautifully done face-up, he was just amazing all-round. Packaging was secure and nothing was missing/broken. VERY happy with the shoes and jeans :)

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      The doll's face-up is not as bold and dark as it is shown on their website. In a way, Tei's face is a lot softer and manlier(?) than those from the promo pics. I like him better this way though.

      Very good. I received automatic notices at every step of the transaction.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy! I paid via PayPal, and it was built right into the checkout process.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      My order shipped on Friday, May 6, 2011. Delivery was attempted on Monday, May 9, 2011 (but unfortunately I was not at home to accept the box), and I picked it up from the post office on Tuesday, May 10, 2011.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      I believe the quality was indeed appropriate for the price. The wigs and clothing were priced comparably to other companies that offer similar products. The wigs are very soft and full. The clothing is of a sturdy fabric and appears well constructed.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      They look very similar. The French Gray appears darker in real life than it does in the pictures, which obviously have very good lighting. In bright light the French Gray is a similar shade. The Mellow Cream colour matches the pictures very well regardless of lighting. The lockets are even cuter in real life; the details are so nicely done.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes, I am satisfied.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      Yes, I would order again.

      I would consider ordering this company's products second-hand depending on the condition of the second-hand items.

      Adequate. I didn't have to ask them any questions or anything, so I don't know about that. :)

      Simple! Their checkout is awesome.

      Almost exactly one month. The package shipped on April 5th. I received the box on the 7th! Super-fast!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Frankly, above and beyond. My boy is gorgeous, his faceup is perfect, I love his resin, and everything about him, the wigs are excellent (soft, full, and lovely looking!), and the shoes and pants look and fit great on him!

      Even better!

      In a heartbeat. Actually, I'm planning to get some clothing from them in the future, and they're literally the only company I confidently buy wigs from -- I have probably over 10 Crobidoll wigs at this point, and they've never been anything less than the best quality!

      It was excellent. When i asked them about the restocking of the elastics, they replied the next working day and said that they have restocked them so that i can order! :chocoberry

      It was shipped out on the day that i've placed the orders. So, half a day. (AMAZING)
      Then the standard EMS wait times from Korea to Singapore, about 2 and a 1/2 days. :)

      The price's a tad high, but not outrageous; overall I'm happy with the purchase. His resin's smooth, the face-up's amazing, and the wigs are really nice.

      A couple of the wigs' colors were the smallest bit off, but that's to be expected, and it's really not a huge difference.

      Very :)

      Not sure if this falls under being unsatisfied, but my boy arrived with a decent-sized chip out of his knee. The Crobi rep responded to my Q&A post within a day, said they'll send me a replacement piece within the week, and took the trouble to link me to their manual on restringing.

      Communication was fantastic! I asked so many questions on their Q&A board and they always responded politely and fixed my worries/mistakes XP I also asked them to give him blue eyes and they graciously did so!

      6-7 weeks

      Even though I think Crobis are on the pricey side, they are such great quality and such beautiful sculpts

      I didn't ask them any questions. They did send me an automated e-mail letting me know when my order was shipped and with the tracking number.

      Their site said it would take 40-45 days to ship but I think they had heavy rainfall so it delayed my doll. I don't mind though.

      It took 10 weeks (2 months, 2 weeks and 2 days)/52 business days

      The doll was ordered on July 19th and shipped on the 29th.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      It is! Her face up is gorgeous, her wig and outfit fit perfectly! The only (small) issues that I have are that I may need to sand her in a couple places and her eyepatch is a little too loose to stay on very well.

      Yes! :D

      Very satisfied!

      I would! There aren't any other sculpts I like on the site at the moment but if I ever see one I will order without a second thought. The doll is gorgeous!

      Crobi always replied to my questions on the Q&A board within the day and they were always very polite and helpful. I even added on eyelashes to my order the day before she shipped and they said it was no problem.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      I'm a paypal noob, so it was a bit confusing. That was not Crobi's fault, though.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      She shipped on December 1st and made it to me on the 5th.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      My girl is beautiful! They eyelashes are nice quality for the price, same with the headcap. The wig is really soft and manageable.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Since, I ordered without a faceup, she looks different. The hands in the picture were different from the hands I recieved, but that was something I was told about beforehand by Crobi. The wig is very red in person compared to the site pictures.
      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      I am very satisfied!

      N/A
      * Would you order from this company again? I'm already eyeing some of their big boys! Based on their excellent service, I wouldn't hesitate to order directly from them again.

      If it was something I couldn't get directly from Crobi, then yes.
       
    19. I hate to do this, since Crobidoll looks nice, there dolls look nice. But I am thoroughly disappointed with them. I gave them a few chances.

      - I order several props: 2 black vaio laptops, 1 white one, and 3 ipads

      - Last week

      -N/A

      * How easy was it to pay?
      -Easy

      * How long did it take to ship?
      -A week

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      - No! Not at all. The items are not worth what the site asked for. They look cheap, compaired to the promo pictures.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      - No. One of the laptops is horribly scratched on the cover, and was out of its bubblewrap when I opened the box. The two black laptops do not stay open, they merely flop back and are no ajustable.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      -NO.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      -There will be no resolution. I will not be ordering from them. EVER!


      I also have to add, I have had other issues with this company. A while back I ordered a pair of jeans for my lance, who is on an r-line body. The size was listed on the product page, and so it should have fit, right? No! They were WAY too small. I informed the company of this, merely asking that they either fix the product, or change the sizes listed. I was asked to provide pictures, I did. The pants did not fit, they were too small around the ankles, and would barely button when the doll was standing. When seated the pants would pop open and come down far off his rear. I showed this in the pictures, but was called a liar because they"looked" to fit when the lance was standing. My dolls do not just stand, and so the pants were given to a smaller doll, and I swore off buying clothing from Crobidoll.

      I will not be buying anything from this site again. I feel cheated, the items are not worth what I paid, at all.
