      I made the order on September 11, 2017.

      * How was the communication?
      Everything was good!

      * How easy was it to pay?
      I paid through PayPal, so it was not difficult.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Everything was shipped within three hours on September 12, 2017. It arrived on September 18, 2017.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      No.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      N/A

      * Would you order from this company again?

      Same as before! It was great.

      My order shipped on October 30, 2017 and arrived on November 3, 2017.

      Yes, everything always ships quickly and arrives in perfect condition.

      Custom ReFaceup Service for my Crobidoll Sinbi

      * When did you order?
      August 2017

      * How was the communication?
      Fantastic, they clarified ReFaceup procedures with me before I placed my order and accepted my request as promised. They also sent me a photo of the finished product to make sure it was to my liking.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Crobi stated it would take 4 weeks, it took just a little over that.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      No. And the head was sent back to me very carefully packaged.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      No problems at all!

      * Would you order from this company again?

      Any day.

      * How was the communication?
      I got an email confirming my order and another email when my order shipped.

      * How easy was it to pay?

      Easy via paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?

      My order was shipped the same day it was paid for.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?

      Nothing.

      There were no problems.

      Fine - was emailed as soon as my item was shipped!

      Easy with PayPal

      Super fast - they shipped the next day.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      For the wig definitely yes! I just wish they had a cheaper shipping option.

      Yup!

      4th of October 2017

      * How was the communication?

      They answered very quickly and were really nice.

      * How easy was it to pay?

      Easy, manual payment with paypal

      * How long did it take to ship?

      Here is the only negative point I have to talk about. It took more than 4 months. When I asked them about my order in December, they told me it was delayed and would be shipped at the end of January because of the holidays. So I waited, but still nothing in February. I was starting to get worried. Then, after another email exchange, it was finally shipped in mid-February.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      Yes!

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?

      Yes! The face-up is even more beautiful irl.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?

      Yes, totally! The doll is amazing, he poses well and the wig fits him perfectly.

      Yes, I really like their eyelashes! I do have my eye on a certain wig.

      Two mint lotus pins, CRWL-72 wig (Red Brown, 9-10 size)

      I ordered the wig and pins on January 20, 2019.

      Everything was fine as usual!

      I paid for my order with PayPal.

      My order shipped on January 21, 2019 and arrived on January 25, 2019.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      No.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      I was a bit confused when I opened the bubble wrap to find two hair pins instead of one. I thought they accidentally sent me an extra one, but it looks like I forgot I already had one saved in my cart before I made my order. That's my fault and there is no reason to contact them. Oh, well! I'll keep one as a back-up. :)

      Yes, their wigs are high quality and the hair pins are just wonderful!
