she's here and she's cute, but those eyes have GOT to go the tan is really pretty but her makeup is very orange and then they stuck lavender eyes with dark lavender pupils in her. i think someone is color blind! i'll have to figure out what size eyes she takes and get her some new ones asap. ...and possibly redo the makeup as well. btw she is wearing pukifee sized clothes/shoes and they fit perfectly

i don't think you would regret it amorseth. she is really cute, and the tan color is gorgeous! are you thinking of getting one too pinkgate? the eye color is atrocious. there seems to be a lot of pink/purple pupiless eyes coming out as the random color on a several of the tinies threads lately. i wonder if one of the eye manufacturers had a clearance sale? i generally assume that i will be replacing the eyes so it's not a huge deal. it just would have been nice to have something more usable while i was looking. as far as posing, i didn't get a chance to play with her much before my boys got home and she had to go hide, but i just put her in a stand for the picture with no fiddling and she stood there with no trouble at all. so that is a big plus!

Yes I am thinking about getting her, because the order period is so long I decided to hold off until I could get more information on the crobi line and see real pictures of duri. She would be my first in that size so I want to be sure. I too noticed a lot of purple eyes lately and I don't understand why a bjd company would do that. You would think that they would send their dolls looking their best. I know it is standard to change eyes and so many people do it but I have only bought two bjd and have not changed eyes as of yet. That random eye color thing is the one thing I really hate about this hobby, the dolls are expensive to begin with and to have to shell out more money on eyes just gets to me.
your anju is lovely amoraseth , that would make the decision harder. i have a bunch of dolls this size so duri will probably be my only crobi doll, as she will have lots of playmates already. the face is really cute in person pinkgate i'll try to get more pictures up as soon as i get proper eyes. i'm actually used to the whole eye thing since i usually do my own faceups so most of mine come bald and eyeless. if the eyes are useable it's just a bonus. but when they have to come painted like duri, i like to be able to play with them till i get time to redo them and pink eyes just don't do it. i don't really care if the eyes aren't the color i had planned but i like them to at least look human! some companies will try to accommodate you if you give the a choice without asking for specific eyes - like say you prefer blues/greens and don't want pink or red for example, and others just ignore that and give you whatever, since technically the eyes are "free". most of the time i forget to ask.
auntbear- I ve been waiting anxiously for your duri to arrive, so very glad she did in Quite a fast and prompt fashion! [emoji2] She's very cute but can I request for more photos? So the arrival of my Lulu came to a surprise for me as I realized when I got a slip to pick up a package at the post office the other day, in my spam was an email from crobidoll XD Here it is!~ the head is huge!!!!!! But I love it lol. still not sure if it's a girl or boy :P
Oh, how cute. I would have to say he is a boy because reindeer and caribou are the only female deer to have antlers. I guess lulu could be a reindeer... I can't wait to see him/her dressed.
