Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. Well, Darea and Jupiter just got here, along with Gaby, Uri, Lilly, and Pepe. I just noticed you are waiting for Spia too. I ordered her but not until late December. I love her sculpt. I think I have plenty to do for now. I don't know how to post photos here, am waiting for a friend to teach me but this is my initial post of the Little Juniors on Flickr. It's a Unidoll Chabi I think and I really don't know her measurements. But they might be easier to find than the Tonner doll measurements.     4. I have a quick question. When I started sanding Darea, I noticed her hands were tied onto the elastic rather than attached with S hooks. I Q & A'd Customhouse asking them to send me the S hooks and they replied that ALL Dareas have their hands tied on. Seems a bit farfetched to me as putting them on and off could be quite difficult that way, making sueding hard and sanding hard and spraying hard. Were your Dareas tied together?

    5. Hmm... My Little Juniors didn't have s-hooks, but they had metal clasps instead, as far as I remember.

    6. My LJ girl has string in her hands, rather than S-hooks. It's frustrating, and limits posing quite a bit. I know the older CH Ai dolls also have their hands held on by string (my Jun and my Cebee, from 2002/3). You'll need a friend to help you if you have to restring. I used standard twine, and it's held so far. I've been on the lookout for something that might replace the string in all my CH dolls, but unfortunately, I haven't found anything small/thin enough to fit in that scrawny LJ forearm. =\

    7. This has been interesting reading about all the ways Customhouse puts their dolls together. My Jupiter was like all the rest of mine (Petites and Anges) with the S hook. I did take a closer look at Darea and on mine, at least, the part that will not accomodate the S hook is the wrist ball joint. One end of it looks like a bead hole and the other is a narrow slot. So an S hook would probably impede the movement further. Thanks for all of the answers!

      Fishiestix, Congrats on your new kids. I love the Meoloo boy - almost got him too.

      And I didn't even ask them anything this time, figured I'd just wait the first few months before I'd start worrying.

      Btw, I ordered a Junior Yeondu (no face up), with a Spia head (face up), no extra body. On december 11.

    13. Meh, I'm so disappointed right now! I got an email from the leader of our GO to Leeke. Two months ago I'd ordered a wig for my Mars - and apparently Leeke just forgot to send it along. Even worse, that wig is now out of stock. It was the perfect wig and the perfect color. And two months waiting time all for naught. Also, he just got a custom face-up done with eyebrows matching the wig color and should be back next weekend. I'd been so excited to have him come home all done - and now he won't have his wig. :...(

      Sorry, if being upset about it is sorta childish. But I had to vent.

    15. Can someone do me a favor and post a pic of what the knee joints of a Junior looks like? Like, the back when it's bent? I just got done restringing Jasper's body and want to know why there's a gap that wasn't there before (though, it might be the hot glue sueading I tried..... >.>;;;; ) Thank you for any help you can provide!
