Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     3. Pakou... The credit card processing system is flakey, especially for IE and Firefox users. Half the time it doesn't work at all, and it gets stuck doing exactly what you're describing... It's what geek types call a "known issue". 8P

      Anyway, if it's been hanging for more than a minute or two it *WILL NOT* process for you, no matter what kind of internet connection you have. The problem is on Luts' end of things, not yours.

      - Cancel the box.

      - Go back to the Elf Chiwoo page and start your order over again fom scratch.

      - When you get to the bit where you select your payment method, click "Wire Transfer".

      - When you get to the last page, select PayPal. (Even if you don't currently have a PPal account, they're super easy to set up for doing credit card payments-)

    13. Pakouchan, maybe you can call the 800 number for your credit card and try to find out if the payment went through. The charges might take a day or so to show up though... Maybe you can place a second order with a paypal option instead, and if the credit card order did go through cancel it once you find out for sure?

    14. If your situation follows the usual pattern, Luts will come back saying they have no record of an order from you matching that payment... At which point you'll need to ask them to cancel the order-less payment. Or call and explain the situation with the credit card payment system error to your card issuer and have them do it...

      And then you'll need to re-do your order from Luts all over again from scratch. Avoiding the credit card payment system. 8P
