ok...now i'm concerned....so now i have to call my bank in order for my card to work? does everyone have to do this for a first time purchase???? T.T i hope he does not sell out quickly.

i don't think they even received my order...i keep getting the same message Credit card payment can not be processed, call card issuer. does this happen to everyone? ;.; i wish i would have known before i tried to make my first purchase from LUTS.

 

Your bank flagged it as it's a large purchase overseas. Mine didn't due to me always buying there. If it's a first time large purchase like that, they might, its not like buying a washing machine from Best Buy.

 

You could try using a paypal virtual card. I'm not 100% but I think they're probably safer to use with Luts with people getting double charged and all that mess. And like Rynn said Luts hold orders for payment for a week, possibly longer if you post that you are having problems paying, though I'd try just getting the payment through on my own first since their Q&A is so backlogged.
And yeah, only 11 have sold in the first hour, and that's including yours so i doubt he'll sll out very quickly.

 

Go to order status and you'll see your dolly there. I don't think there's any way you can get to the payment screen without confirming your order Don't worry I'm sure it'll work out.

 

There was a 150 of him released. There's 139 now...so you'll be fine waiting until Monday to call. Or is it like Bank of America or something? They should be there 24/7.

I will look into the paypal card, and i decided not to wait for LUTS to respond. From what I hear they are slow, and I will kick myself if I lose the opportunity to buy him.

BTW....i went to order status and there is still nothing on there. T.T I have emailed my bank...hopefully they will respond soon.

 

Ouch a dorm? Well, if it makes you feel better, all of mine are in my room. I got 7 dolls in chairs/couch, one is holding a head, 2 holding other smaller dolls. 5 heads on bottles. Chair holding 4 dolls, and a head and the bed has 4 dolls. Don't ask where Eiji will go. I think he'll be Eiji.

Hmm, there's no reason he shouldn't be in your order status now unless Luts had a hiccough, but If you're worried about him selling out, just go through the order process again but don't try to pay for him until you hear from your bank. That way you'll have the peace of mind that he'll be secured for a week.
