Delf LU-WEN Limited

I don't mind the body too much. XD So much that I'll deal with it because I'd really like to get Cian. But I just don't like how he looks so ripped. D:
I'm also not to keen on their body-head proportion. I like big heads. 8D

Bleh, I wish they would just do three colors too. I didn't know RS was so yellow.. :O​

I think I'll be buying a limited for my first, as it stands.

 

If he's NS and not realskin, I'll be getting his vamp head in a split with friends! >w< He looks so feral and hungry, like a wolf boy. Oh eee~~

I'm really not into the whole animal spirit sort of thing.. xD But he could pull it off oh so well.

brandie.HOLIC: I think Luts intended him for that sort of role, given the garb he's done up in. I only wish they were selling him with the outfit and wig.. T^T They're stunning, and the first limited clothes I've considered splashing out for. Those wrist guards! He's so cool~

Kiyakotari: Thanks for the info! It's hardly surprising, though, considering Luts' problems keeping NS a regular tone from batch to batch.

 

Oh, I agree - he would be the firts limited I would love to buy as fullset. I also want that wig in MSD-size

I really think he is real skin. Look at the parts of delf section. The type 3 body is extreamly pink compared to the rest of the head and bodies on the page. Like "I just came out of my mother womb pink." I personly think it looks out of place with the rest of the delfs.

I Agree, he looks supper pink there, but thats what makes me think he's NS, and not real skin. The Real Skin is much yellower. I've never seen Real skin look that pink.

 

Well someone else was saying that they cannot get the realskin to match. They have hands from three senior delf and none of them match.

If Luts goes totaly to realskin, a lot of people are going to be dissapointed, me at the top of the list. There are two dolls I have been wanting Luts to release, but I don't want the realskin to clash with my two NS delfs one doll I wanted to get a white skin elf.

I am going to be dramaing so much until Lu-Wen releases.. then I will either be very relieved or very very POed.

 

Is anyone wanting to do a split? I want his opened eye head.

 

It's my personal opinion that it would be a bit foolish for luts to release this one new delf in realskin. Many people will love this new jointing on the type three boy body, and it would be silly of luts to miss out on so many potential sales of people upgrading their boy bodies for their already existing dolls.

I do hope luts would have thought of this.

Of course, when luts released their Senior Delfs, they indicated right away, before prices were even posted that they would be realskin only. This makes me think Lu-Wen will be released in the regular manner.

We're watching for this boy too. If he's available in WS, we'll be picking him up! (LOL, that's the sincher for us, no WS is a dealbreaker)

 

If this helps at all, I JUST like a week ago got a NS NaNuRi head, and a Real Skin kid Delf from luts. The NaNuRi was very pinky, and the Real skin was much more of a yellow color.

I agree, and I hope luts does not change over to only real skin on their Delfs.

 

So, rather than waiting the long, tedious 3 and a half hours until we can know for sure I decided to make a color chart and give it a guess.
I'm leaning toward him being NS based on it, but don't quote me or anything.
I compared him to Elf Chiwoo given that they have the same background and, I'm assuming, the same lighting source and then threw in the rest for good measure.

Anyhow, I think he's NS since all of the real skin pictures that Luts has up shows Real Skin as being pretty light, including the new ones of Dion and Cain. I know that IRL the color is rather inconsistent but I doubt Luts would want to show that degree of a difference in company pics.
Or i could be completely wrong...

I HIGHLY HIGHLYYYYYYYY doubt Luts would be stupid enough to make the type 3 body Realskin only.

 

I think in the seperate body photos he looks much more pink than Normal Skin Delfs, but in the actual Lu-wen photos he looks just like a NS Delf to me. I'm really hoping Luts doesn't change their Delf line over to just Real Skin. I would absolutely love this guy in WS.

Personally, I'd love to see Real Skin become an option for Delfs, but I definitely don't want it to be all they come in.
