      Wonderful communication. They even called me back quickly when I left a message.

      Easy to pay. They took credit card.

      Every time I've ordered my goodies came within one week of my order. Once I ordered something that wasn't in stock and after waiting for a few weeks decided on something else and they let me switch without any problems and I had my new doll again, within a week.

      It was competitive. I think the dolls should be less....but they cost too much everyplace! LOL

      Yes. One thing I like about their website is they put up pictures of the dolls when they come in so you see them real as well as in the marketing pictures

      Received the notice that Shiwoo arrived on March 28 but I had a payment plan going. I received Shiwoo on April 23

      It was good. I got the PayPal invoice right away, with the follow-up shipping notice.

      Pretty easy--DD does have you go through the extra step of them sending you the PayPal invoice, but this lets them check the order manually and might be more secure for everyone.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      2 days. Got it today, May 29th--the eyes were in stock so they went out as soon as the order was processed.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      The price was appropriate for the quality and especially the convenience--I have ordered them directly from China, which is of course slower and sometimes hit or miss for quality. When I buy from DD I know the stock has been checked and the bad ones have been tossed, so I don't mind paying a couple of dollars more--I get it in service.

      Yes, actually a bit better, the DD picture of this particular pair is a little muddy on screen, they are sparkly perfection in person.

      The re-ment yes, but I was disappointed with the Leeke wig.
      The wig was somewhat flawed in that there was not enough hair on the top of the wig cap so there is bald patch. You can see the wig cap no matter how you try to comb the hair over the patch.

      The re-ment did. The wig looked like it except for that unsightly bald patch.

      For the re-ment, yes. THe wig, no.

      Once the shipping charges were approved, that day. I was careful to order things in stock.

      One of the wigs was not. The wigs were already a bit pricey, but one came with a matted texture and was not soft at all.

      NO. My Madeleine did not look like the sale pictures. Her sales pictures show her as being sweet and shy, and she came with the most angry eyebrows that I think I've ever seen. She looks evil, according to a few of my friends.

      So far, by asking if they could do anything to help, "besides jump in a lake." Yes, direct quote from the email. They want me to return my Madeleine, and I told them that I would be happy with either with a refund on the faceup charge to get it fixed, or a to exchange the wig I got for one with bangs so that I could hide her angry eyebrows. So far it has not been resolved.
