      The experience is not satisfying. Denverdoll does have nice customer service. They replied my email in timely manner. But 3 months wait time vs normal 1 month wait time for Impldoll isn't something a nice customer service can cover.

      None. Nothing about the quality of the product. Just the transaction itself is not pleasant.

      I waited 3 months for my Impldoll male body.
      I understand most Chinese companies got delay due to Chinese New Year holiday, but I still wait longer than expected.
      During the wait, both DDE and Impldoll told me my order would be shipped with their LE Eugene order and my body was ready on 3/18.
      In the end, my doll body didn't ship with Eugene. He was shipped in a later shipment.
      I emailed DDE a couple of times during my waiting, they just kept giving me "no news", "we will ship him as soon as he arrive", "we have no control on when the manufacture ship orders to us" things. I just don't feel an agent has such little power over the manufacture side. I mean, DDE could have ask impldoll to ship whatever was complete in that month so the customer won't have to wait for so long.
      Wait time isn't really a big deal to me, I've waited my AI for over 5 months before. But in my opinion, DDE isn't really helpful in checking the status of my pre-order body. Especially after hearing people who order from other agent received their dolls within one month after paid, I must said I got a little disappointed in this transaction.

      Though, DDE did ship out my male body the same day they received it from Impldoll.
      People at DDE are nice, they tried their best to do their customer service. But unless I need someting DDE has in-stock, I probably won't buy anything pre-order from DDE again.

I will definitely be buying more DollinStyle clothes.

      Would like to add I purchased a Dollheart limited outfit through DDE, and Dollheart sent a different shirt than advertised. DDE takes no fault in this since Dollheart never informed anyone of these changes. However DDE was quick to reply to my emails and accept a return on the outfit (since I did not like the changes at all Dollheart made in the midst of production). I was able to put that credit towards my Mono who arrived a day or so after shipping back the outfit. Overall flawless transactions with DDE! :chocoberry

      Wonderful. This is my second doll, and as before, I emailed the DDE team several times with questions before placing my order.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy-peasy. I opted for the "4-month layaway" option, and used a debit card.
      After I placed my order, I received email confirmation of partial payment within minutes, and a few days later I received a paper receipt in the mail. The delivery charge had not been added, and I emailed the DDE team to advise them. They were appoligetic and understanding, and advised me of my new total. I emailed them aprox every 2-3 weeks and told them how much to charge, and they always responded and charged within 24 hours.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      From the date ordered, it was 86 days until I received my Doll-In-Store notice (05/13/2010 - May 13th, 2010). I opted for standard ground shipping, and received my box 5 days later!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely. Doll, parts, and clothing arrived in perfect condition, no problems, and the workmanship is great.

      Yes. I'm actually kind of relieved that the pants fit my boy, because the model doll looked like he might have different proportions than my doll (different company), so I'm stoked that he now has two pairs of fitting pants. The girl hands I bought seem a little larger than I was expecting, but they're workable.

      Absolutely, couldn't be more thrilled.
