      I ordered the shoes on June 19th, a saturday. They confirmed shipping options and invoiced me on June 21st. I paid immediately and they shipped the same day. I was expecting that with the shipping options I chose, the shoes would arrive in approximately two weeks, and they did.

      Unfortunately, DDE sent me the wrong shoes. I had ordered SD sized shoes, but got MSD size instead. I emailed them that night and the next day they emailed me back to say they were sending the correct shoes that day and that I should simply keep the MSD shoes.

      The SD size finally arrived July 21 and I'm very happy with the quality and price. They handled the problem quickly and professionally and I appreciate that they did so.

      I ordered from DenverDoll having absolutely no experience with bjds. They were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions accurately and quickly. They also shipped the doll really fast. This doll was a gift for my sister (her first bjd) and I decided last minute that this was the doll I wanted to get her. I ordered her and she arrived in the mail within 4 days and that's including the weekend. I was extremely pleased and impressed with DenverDoll. I would definitely recommend them and will order from them again in the future.

      Good! I requested the one Erica they had in stock, and they sent a note with the invoice assuring me I was getting that particular doll. They also updated me with a shipping notice.

      Simple with Paypal. They sent me an invoice the next day (I ordered on Labor Day, otherwise I think they would have responded the same day).

      Three days--they shipped Tuesday morning, and she arrived Friday around 1pm.

      Absolutely. The doll is beautiful! (And the stockings are nice too.)
