      I am very satisfied with my purchase! This was my first BJD purchase and when I sent them an email with a few questions, they responded to me right away. Lovely company! Will definitely buy from Denver Doll Emporium in the future. :)

      Most definitely for all items, but the wigs are especially impressive! So soft and lovely.

      Yes! The wig looks really nice - unfortunately, the doll it is meant for is coming next week, so I am unsure as to the fit. If there is any error, it is my own.

      I am also very satisfied with their service! Upon making my order I left a message about getting a figure of a different shipping method than the one I originally choose. They provided information about the shipping fee for the other service, on the paypal invoice, and said that I could just tell them if I would like to change the shipping service, and that I did. I received a new invoice within minutes. Super!

      It shipped on 3/27/15, so... about 19 weeks, which is a little more than their estimated wait time.

      One hand was so thin that there was a hole in it. Everything else was perfectly fine.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      After I sent photos of the hand to DDE, they sent out a replacement immediately.

      IMO he was even cuter IRL <3

      Not with the original doll (it had the magnets installed backwards so the antenna wouldn't work properly and it had a deep gash on his chest) however that was Doll Chateau's mistake not DDE's and they were wonderful to work with, I sent them pictures of the damage and they sent me a perfect replacement doll within the week and a pre-paid shipping label for sending back the other doll (and it's lovely being able to call the shop and talk to them too!)

    18. Bit late in this feedback - sorry.
      I ordered for the Christmas event from Doll Chateau. While I have purchased 5 other dolls through DDE, all were done with layaways I managed using money orders. This time I used paypal for the first time as a layaway device, and I made so many mistakes it was like I had sent my brain on vacation. The ladies at DDE were patient, even cheerful, despite my temporary dementia. :| I was grateful for the human touch, if I had been dealing with a less personal shop, things would not have gone well, and I would've messed up my reputation as a buyer, not to mention I may have missed the opportunity to own not only Alma and Agatha, but the charming, strange little Nehemie, (who I know is off-topic).;)

      Am I pleased? Yes!
      Would I buy from them again? Happily!
